Taking down carefully copper/aluminium point wiring (light, fan, socket or power, bell) complete fitting such as sockets, ceiling roses, pendants, batten holders, regulators and making good the disturbed surfaces of wall, floors, ceiling in CM 1:3 etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer - in - Charge.

M & L for concealed conduit point wiring complete for light/ fan on independent /combine board with cable 1.5 sqmm (Nominal area) FRLSH PVC insulated multistranded unsheathed copper conductor, drawn in and including PVC Concealed conduit pipe medium grade 20 mm dia, pipe hooks , elbows, juction covers and junction boxes , after cutting in wall chasing for conduits and sinking's for metal sunken boxes min 1.6 mm thick and min 50 mm deep for mounting, switches, sockets, fan regulator with 3mm thick plastic laminated sheet cover with frame and making the good disturbed surfaces of wall in CM 1:3 with white wash or existing colour including provision of continuous earth continuity conductor along with point wiring of 1.5 sqmm copper PVC insulated cable for one 5 Amp independet socket and connected to common earth dolly, complete all as specified and direced by the Engineer in charge.

All as per Ser item No 2.00 above but for one switch socket combinationt 6 pin 5/ 15 Amps on independent board with copper conductor 2.5 Sqmm FR-LSH complete all as specified and directed by Engineer - in - Charge.

S & F in replacement switch socket combination 6 Pin, 5/16 Amps flush type complete all as specified and directed by Engineer - in - Charge.

S & F in replacement switch socket combination 5 pin, type 5/6 Amps flush type complete all as specified and directed by Engineer - in - Charge.

S & F in replacement of sub-main wiring with two single core cables PVC insulated and un-sheathed 4 sqmm (Nominal Area) FRLSH stranded copper conductor drawn in concealed PVC conduit dia 20mm “medium quality” conduit including 4.00 Sq mm (Nominal Area) copper cable as earth continuity conductor after chasing in wall and making good the disturbed surfaces and white wash or existing colour, necessary junction box and covers including necessary connections, PVC flexible pipes are used in pannel board while connecting the cable complete all as specified and directed by Engineer - in - Charge. Note : Two runs of wire, one earth wire and one run of conduit shall be measure as one unit.

S & F sheet metal enclosure single pole and neutral enclosure with a two pin and earth plug & socket complete with one single pole MCB 20 Amp 10 KA 'B' type complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing in replacement MS angle iron stand of suitable height of rolled steel equal angle 50x50x6 mm for desert cooler stand duly grouted in the wall and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer and welding work complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing iron body desert cooler electric driven copper winding fan motor & pump (single phase) hving nominal air flow capacity of 5000 Cum per Hour (or nearest size) honeycomb pad (24" x 22/24") water tank 80 L capacity , thickness of sheet 20 gauge all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S & F in repair Gun metal gate valve (screwed) with iron wheel head, screwed both ends for iron pipe of size 15 mm dia complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and laying the GI water tubing medium grade with all fittings for fixing to wall or laid in floor / ground all as directed 15 mm dia complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S & F ball cock or float valves high pressure of synthetic metal with expoxy aluminium rod and high density plastic ball screwed with GI socket for iron pipe of size 15 mm dia complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F PVC connection 600 mm(24'') with brass connector of series for inlet of Desert cooler complete all as specified and directed.

S&F 6 mm plywood grde BWR type BB fixed with screw to existing frame work to becut in required shape & size to cover gaps/opening while installing Desert cooler/Window AC complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix room window type air conditioner,electric driven(single phase),copper condenser,cooling capacity 1 TR BEE minimum 3 star rated remote controlled ,horizontally and vertically air swing complete all as specified and as directed. Note : Cutting of window, iron stand arranges including grouting in the wall also included in the quoted rate.
