Removing dry or oil bound distempering, water proofing cement paint and the like by scrapping, sand papering and preparing the surface smooth including necessary repairs to scratches etc. complete, including , lifts and carriage of materials, complete in all respect of as per entire satisfaction of the Engineer in charge.

Providing and applying white cement based putty of average thickness 1 mm, (One milimeter) of approved brand and manufacturer, over the plastered wall surface to prepare the surface even and smooth complete, in all heights including , lifts and carriage of materials, complete in all respect of as per entire satisfaction of the Engineer in charge.

Distempering with 1st quality acrylic distemper, having VOC (Volatile Organic Compound ) content less than 50 grams/ litre, of approved brand and manufacture, including applying additional coats wherever required, to achieve even shade and colour:-One coat in all heights including , lifts and carriage of materials, complete in all respect of as per entire satisfaction of the Engineer in charge.

Finishing walls with water proofing cement paint of required shade :- Old work (one or more coats applied @ 2.20 kg/10 sqm) over priming coat of primer applied @ 0.80 litrs/10 sqm complete including cost of Priming coat in all heights including , lifts and carriage of materials, complete in all respect of as per entire satisfaction of the Engineer in charge.

Repairs to plaster of thickness 12 mm (Twelve milimeter) to 20 mm (Twenty milimeter) in patches of area 2.5 sq. (Two point five square meter) meters and under, including cutting the patch in proper shape, raking out joints and preparing and plastering the surface of the walls complete, including disposal of rubbish to the dumping ground, all complete as per direction of Engineer-in- Charge, With cement mortar 1:4 (One cement isto four fine sand) in all heights including , lifts and carriage of materials, complete in all respect of as per entire satisfaction of the Engineer in charge.

Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture of required colour to give an even shade :-One or more coats on old work, including , lifts and carriage of materials, complete in all respect of as per entire satisfaction of the Engineer in charge.

Dismantling doors, windows and clerestory windows (steel or wood) shutter including chowkhats, architrave, holdfasts etc. complete and stacking within all lead :- Of area 3 sq. metres (Three Square Meter) and below, including , lifts and carriage of materials, complete in all respect of as per entire satisfaction of the Engineer in charge. (Dismantled material to be handed over to the Deptt.)

Providing and fixing angle iron frames for doors, windows and ventilators of mild steel Angle sections of size 35x35x5 mm, (Thirty five into thirty five into five milimeter) joints mitred and welded by angle iron 35x35x5 mm (Thirty five into thirty five into five milimeter) or 35x 5 mm (Thirty five into five milimeter) flat pieces to the existing Tiron frame or to the wall with dash fastener, including fixing of necessary butt hinges and screws and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer, all complete as per the direction of Engineer-In-charge, including , lifts and carriage of materials, complete in all respect of as per entire satisfaction of the Engineer in charge.

Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture of required colour to give an even shade :- Two or more coats on new work over an under coat of suitable shade with ordinary paint of approved brand and manufacture in all heights including , lifts and carriage of materials, complete in all respect of as per entire satisfaction of the Engineer in charge.

Providing & fixing glass panes with putty and glazing clips in steel doors, windows, clerestory windows, all complete with :- 4.0 mm (Four point zero milimeter) thick glass panes, including lifts and carriage of materials, complete in all respect of as per entire satisfaction of the Engineer in charge.

Providing and fixing P.V.C. waste pipe for sink or wash basin including P.V.C. waste fittings complete, Flexible pipe 40 mm (Forty milimeter) dia, including lifts and carriage of materials, complete in all respect of as per entire satisfaction of the Engineer in charge.

Providing and fixing 100 mm (One hundred milimeter) sand cast Iron grating for gully trap, , including lifts and carriage of materials, complete in all respect of as per entire satisfaction of the Engineer in charge.

Providing and fixing panelled or panelled and glazed shutters for doors, windows and clerestory windows fixing with butt hinges of required size with necessary screws, excluding panelling which will be paid for separately, all complete as per direction of Engineer-incharge :- 35 mm (Thirty five milimeter) thick shutters, including lifts and carriage of materials, complete in all respect of as per entire satisfaction of the Engineer in charge.

Providing and fixing C.P. brass bib cock of approved quality conforming to IS:8931 :- 15 mm (Fifteen milimeter) nominal bore, including lifts and carriage of materials, complete in all respect of as per entire satisfaction of the Engineer in charge.

Providing and fixing P.V.C. low level flushing cistern with manually controlled device (handle lever) conforming to IS :- 7231, with all fittings and fixtures complete, 10 litre capacity - White, including lifts and carriage of materials, complete in all respect of as per entire satisfaction of the Engineer in charge.
