Air Cooled heat pump reversible type:-Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of Scroll type Heat Pump unit of actual capacity of minimum 37 TR/130 KW complete with Scroll compressors , motor, vibration isolator, integral refrigerant piping and wiring, flow switches, first charge of refrigerant and lubricant, microprocessor based control panel, accessories as required and called for, automatic and safety controls and all mounted on a steel frame as per specifications. Quoted rate shall include wiring, cabling, control wiring, cable tray etc. from AC panel to each equipments. Motor shall be suitable for 415 ± 10% V, 50Hz, 3ph AC supply as per specification and drawings and as per the Annexures annexed in the tender documents.

CMC of onsite Heat Pumps with allied equipment for three (03) years post warranty and free maintenance period.

CLADDING:Piping network already laid and insulated with fire retardant quality expanded polystrene of density 20 kg/m³ shall need to be covered with vapour barrier and cladding with aluminium sheet (24g). The cladding shall be spirally wounded of Aluminium for pipes installed on surface. a) The insulation over the pipe work shall be finished with 0.63 mm thick aluminium sheet cladding over a vapour barrier of 120 gm/ sq.m. polythene sheet with 50 mm overlap and tied down with lacing wire and complete with type 3, grade-I roofing felt strip (as per IS 1322 as amended upto date) at the joints applied by means of cold setting CPRX compound.
