Engagement of JCB for removal of vegetation and unhygienic material from road berms and parking places as per directions including disposal of same outside of municipal limits by mechanical means including preparing the surfaces for macadamize as per Directions by EIC complete Job.

Providing and laying of 300mm dia MS pipes of standard make in proper position including supplying and filling of RBM as cousin complete Job.

Providing and applying tack coat using hot straight run bitumen of VG-10 grade including heating the bitumen with spraying the bitumen with mechanically operated spray unit fitted on bitumen boiler, cleaning and preparing the existing road surface to remove all dirt, dust, mud etc. fanning and brooming as per MORTH specification. On water bound macadam surface @ 0.75Kg/Sqm.

Providing, laying, spreading of 100mm thick compacting wet mix macadam on prepared sub grade/ sub-base with crushed quarry stone agg. of specified grading as per IRC/MOST/MORTH specification including mixed crushed material with predetermined quantity of water in accordance with specifications to form dense mass laying in uniform layers with paver in sub-base/base coarse on well prepared surface rolled with vibratory roller of 8/10 tonne capacity, speed of which should not exceed 5km/hour for each layer, rolling should continue till 98% density is achieved to prepared in approved mechanical mixing plant of suitable capacity & carriage of mixed material by tipper upto site of work complete including cost & carriage of all material upto site of work.

Providing and laying 50mm thick (Compacted) bituminous macadam in accordance with the MOST/MORTH specifications & straight run bitumen of VG-10 grade @ 3.30% by weight of total mix ( bitumen content not less than 66 Kg/cum) Including hot mixing of stone aggregate and bitumen in hot mix plant, transporting mixed material and laying mixed with paver finished to the required level and grade, rolling with vibratory roller of 8 to 10 tonne capacity to achieve the required compaction and density including preparing of surface by mechanical means including all costs and carriage of materials involved T.P & E, labour, octroi charges, taxes, fees, testing during execution for quality control, all leads and lifts complete including cost of tar.

Providing and laying of 25mm thick compacted semi-dense bituminous carpet conforming to MORTH specifications with binder content of 5% by weight of total mix (Bitumen content not less than 2.88 Kg/Sqm of VG-10 grade) Including hot mixing of stone aggregate and bitumen in hot mix plant, transporting mixed material and laying with paver finished to the required level and grade, rolling with vibratory roller 8 to 10 tonne to achieve the required compaction and density including all costs and carriage of materials involved T.P & E, labor, octroi charges, taxes, fees, testing during execution for quality control, all leads and lifts complete including cost of tar.

Providing and laying 6mm thick seal coat of premixed fine aggregate (passing 2.36 mm and retained on 180 micron sieve) with bitumen using 128 Kgs. of bitumen of gradeVG-10 grade per cum of fine aggregate (0.768 Kg of bitumen/Sqm) and 0.60 cum of fine aggregate per 100 sqm of road surface (as per MORTH specifications) including rolling with vibratory roller and finishing complete including cost and carriage of materials involved complete.
