Taking down shutters of any description exc 1 sq. m and n exc 2 sq. m each and refixing on same opening after necessary repairing all as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F aluminium powder coated frame and shutters for windows/ventilators sliding/fixed/openable type complete with necessary fittings such as two concealed lock for each window, roller etc and fixing all as speciefied and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note : Weight of aluminium three track section and tubes for windows/ventilators shall not be less than 0.55 Kg/RM and not more than 1.00 Kg/RM. Note : (a) The weight of rubber gasket beading will not be measured with the weight of aluminium shutters, glass will be measuerd and paid separatelly. (b) The rate quoted by the contractor shall also include necessary wheels for sliding shutters and hinges for side hung/top hung shutter as required at sight and concealed locks for windows. (c) The colour of powder coating shall be as approved by GE.

S&F glazing with 4 mm thick sheet glass ordinary type including rubber beddings/gasket around glass panes all as specified.

M&L for 20 mm thick Granite (of any type) work (table rubbed and polished) in steps, jambs, pillars, window- cills, cooking platforms and like in cement mortar (1:4) including pointing in white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with shade of granite.

M&L for rounding to edges of granite stone slabs one edge, such as in steps, cooking platform, and other similar situations (inner side only)

Taking down cement plaster on brick or stone walls, etc. including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water, etc.

Providing and applying 20mm thick ready mix external sand faced cement plaster with neat cement rendering at all locations in two coats of masonry (except stone masonry) and concrete surfaces including providing water proofing compount to the first coat of plaster as per manufacturers specification, racking out joints, hacking of concrete surface, finishing, curing, scaffolding etc complete.

Material and labour for rendering 10 mm thick on brick or concrete surfaces in CM 1:4 finished even and fair with out using extra cement.

M&L 5 mm thick plastering in CM 1:3, on ceiling concrete surface finished smooth and even, without using extra cement.

Dismantling of loose portion of concrete from ceiling and S&F of wiremesh of weight 2.5kg/sqm and apply 25mm average thickness in CM(1:4) mixed with liquid integral WPC (complast 'X' recommended by the manufacturer with guniting machine at a pressure not less than 5kg/sqm finally rendering 10mm thick plaster in CM (1:4) using WPC (Complast 'X' 421 i.e. from M/s Fosroc and nitobound AR from M/S Fosroc or equivalent as approved by GE ) in the proportion recommended by the manufacturer complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for scrapping the surface to remove all loosely adhered particles followed by washing with plenty of water using wire brush and jet pressure washer so as to ensure thorough cleaning. Providing and applying 2 coats of (Asian Paints Smart Care Crack seal) flexible, glass fibre reinforced acrylic crack filler after widening cracks upto 3mm using scrapper blade or angle cutter, prime the cracks using (Asian paints acrylic exterior wall primer) before applying crack seal. 1 coat of (Asian Paints Ultima Protek basecoat) fibre reinforced liquid applied membrane having crack bridging ability upto 2.00mm with topcoats without dilution. Also need to ensure forced coverage of 30-35 sq ft/ltr/coat. 1 coat of (Asian Paints Ultima Protek topcoat) Organo-Silicon, UV cross linking emulsion having (advanced anti algal) high resistance to growth of algae, (DPUR) superior resistance to dust and dirt accumulation (color stay) resistance to fading colours, protection against bird dropping and longevity of water proofing for 5 years and paint performance for 10 years so as to obtain an acceptable finish and ensuring coverage of 60-65sqft/ltr with 30-35% dilution with water.

M&L for applying two coats of Asian Paints Ultima (Protek base coat and top coat) over a coat of primer including preparation of newly plastered surface of wall all as specified and as directed. Note:- Applied through authorized applicator.

M&L for 3mm thick putty on ceilling surfaces and applying two coat of oil bond distember complete all as specified and directed

Material and labour for MS box double door with locking arrangement of suitable size CPRI approved factory fabricated made out of 3 mm thick CRCA Sheet dust and Vermin Proof, Double door with including Neoprene Rubber Gasket, externally powder coated & internally painted with two coats of synthetic enamel paint over one coat of red-oxide primer for make necessary arrangement with locking arrangement in front for mounting of 4 Nos of 3 phase electric meters, 01 Nos of single phase electric meter, VTPN DB 4 way, cables incoming and outgoing arrangement including grouted in wall and making surface good as per existing one complete all as directed.

Material and labour for Pre-cast cement concrete block masonry with solid blocks, exc. 10 cm in width and setting in mortar type C1 1:3:6 (20mm graded aggregate) 1:4 mortor, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing Earth continuity conductor or main earthing lead of 16 sqmm PVC insulated copper conductor drawn in through concealed steel conduit/pipe and connecting from existing earthing to Distribution box complete.

Supply & Fixing GI pipe with suitable clamps on existing pole made of MS flat 40x5mm and 40mm dia GI pipe (light grade) bend to 1.2 mtr in length & in any shape with all fixing arrangement, nuts, bolts and washers etc and incl 2.5M copper conductor cable multistranded of 2.5 Sqmm PVC cable from overhead line to fitting connecting box etc complete and all as directed by Engr-in-Charge and including dismantling the rusted/ broken U/S old one.

Supply & Fixing LED street light fitting of 50 Watts Powder coated pressure die cast aluminium High Power LED as light source with heat resistant toughened glass with lens having IP66 protection, taking down the old one complete all as specified by Engr-in-Charge.

M/L for earthing complete with steel earth plate eletrode 60cm x 60cm x6mm thick buried dirctly in ground vertically (earth pit not less than 2.25 mtr below ground level) with top edge of plate not less than 1.5 mtr below ground level connected to GI earth strip 25x4mm by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers etc including protection pipe 15mm dia up to 7.5m length, provision the earth lead to earth connection in ther main distribution box with lugs and GI nuts, bolts, earthing shall be done all as per shown electrical plate No 3 of SSR part 1 Including neccessary excavation in soft disintergrated rock and provision of 15mm dia pipe with funnel, HDPE earth pit cover and testing in presence of Engr-in-Charge.

Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5 m width and not exc 1.5m in depth getting out in hard/dense soil taking down UG cable any size.

Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5 m width and not exc 1.5 in depth getting out soft disintegrated rock for laying and taking down UG cable of any size

Returning filling in including spreading levelling watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm in thick using excavated soil/rock.

Removal of surplus soil/rock to a distance not exceeding 50 m and depositing where directed by Engr-in-charge.

Supply & fixing UG LT cable XLPE insulated armoured heavy duty 1100 volts grade with aluminium conductor multistandardedof size 35 sqmm 3.5 core including centre gland, lugs, jointing materials etc laid in trenches or fixed it to wall and taking down old unserviceable cable.

Supply & fixing UG LT cable XLPE insulated armoured heavy duty 1100 volts grade with aluminium conductor multistandardedof size 10 sqmm 2 core including centre gland, lugs, jointing materials etc laid in trenches or fixed it to wall and taking down old unserviceable cable.

Supply and laying High density polyethylene (HDPE) pipes of pressure rating 6 kgf/sq. cm of 50 mm dia laid in trenches or fixed in walls complete all as specified and directed.
