COMPREHENSIVE MAINTENANCE OF AUTOMATIC FIRE DETECTOR, FIRE ALARM AND FIRE FIGHTING SYSTEM COMPLETE INCLUDING CONTROL WIRING, PIPELINES, VALVES, HYDRANTS, PUMPS AND MOTORS AT VARIOUS OTM AND TECHINICAL ACCOMMODATIONS UNDER GE NW KUNJALI

Comprehensive maintenance of fire detection/auto fire alarm systems/ fire supression system/ fire hydrant system, connected pump motor of any type, valves, starter panel etc installed at various locations in INS ANGRE including attending of day to day comaplaints and cleaning, inspecting, repair and testing of the equipments to maintain fire detection / supresssion system/fire hydrant system functional. The detail scope of work consists of the following:- Location: HQ MNA, NPO, COMCEN, HQ CE (i) Regular Cleaning inspecting, checking and repairing if required all the equipments of fire detection / supresssion system and maintaining the system functional. (ii) Operational test of all the equipment of fire detection and fire fighting sytem in presence of rep of users and Engr-in-charge. (iii) The contractor will submit test report regarding functioning of all the equipments duly signed by contractor, users rep and Engr-in-Charge. (iv) The maintenance shall be carried out through skilled technician having 3-5 years experience and one helper on daily basis in general shift of 0900 hrs to 1700 hrs except sunday . Daily attendence register and routine maintanence record as per the format approved by Engineer-in-charge shall be prepared/ maintained and kept on record duly signed. Complaints shall be attended within 4 hours after receipt as recorded in complaint register. In case of failure within specified time, recovery shall be effected @ Rs.1000/- per hour beyond 4 hrs. (v) Emergency visit will be carried out when called in addition to the routine monthly maintenance in case of any failure in the system due to any cause without additional cost. (vi) Material required for replacement shall be measured and paid separately under respective items of this schedule as SUPPLY ONLY. However, minor spares such as screw, nut, bolts, wire, washer, coupling of motors, tool and plants etc required are included in the quoted rate.

Material & labour for locating faults and testing of all loops for smoke detectors, heat detectors, beam detectors, hooters, response indicator, manual call points etc, checking and testing of electric wiring connection for each devices, cleaning of all connected devices with AFDS system manually/ mechanically , re-numbering for each devices for programming in the AFDS panels with configuration of connected devices as per exact location of detectors indicating the same location in control panel and updating of software for AFDS panel of any make as per site requirement including testing in presence of user rep and Engr in Charge complete all as specified and directed. Note : (i) Test report shall be submitted after completion separately for each panel and cost of the same is deemed to be included in quoted rate. (ii) All devices connected with each AFDS Panel of any loop capacity as per existing for Loop testing, electric wiring testing, cleaning of all devices such as smoke cum thermal detectors, response indicators, manual call points, beam detector, flame detector etc, re-numbering of devices and its configuration and programming with AFDS panel including software update is deemed to be considered as one job.

Material & labour for refilling Sinorix 1230 (Make- Siemens) or FK-5-1-12 (Make- Rotarex) gas in cylinder including disconnecting and taking out existing cylinders carefully of any capacity and size from work site to the factory for refilling and taking back the same including replacing unserviceable pressure gauges/ connector pipes, nozzles and other connected items including testing in presence of Engr-in-Charge complete all as specifed and directed. Note : The cost of transportation of gas cylinder to the factory/workshop and back is included in the quoted rate.

Material & labour for HPT (hydro pressure test) of cylinder of existing capacity in factory workshop and punching year after sucessfully test including applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint on cylinders complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only cylinder of 68 ltr capacity of punching year 2024 suitable for re-filling of FM 200 or Novec 1230 gas as per OEM recommendation complete all as specified and directed.

Supply , fixing, testing JEF ECO SAFE Maintenance Free Grounding Solution set comprising of High tensile low carbon steel rod of 3 Mts length & 25 mm dia with 250 micron ( averaSchneider ) molecularly bonded copper on the outer surface to confirm with requirements of UL467 along with Back-fill compound strictly be a Carbon based conductive concrete type which has a resistivity of less than 0.12 Ohm Mtr as per Clause 14.5D of IEEE : 80 standard. Back-fill compound should be electronically conductive ( Like in metals ) and should not depend on moisture for conduction. JEF Powerfill Loresco compound shall be supplied in 50 Pound Bag. ( 1 Bag of 50 Pounds required per earthing set). Back-fill comound should be environment friendly, should solidify when mixed with water and set like concrete and should not leach / diffuse into the ground. A suitable earth terminaton clamp should also be supplied along with the set alongwith earth pit weatherproof including demolition of existing earthing and removing debries out side MD land complete all as specified . Note : Back-fill compund shall not be mixed with any soil while pouring in the bore hole.
