Deep Screening along with supply of ballast and signalling gears updation work at Sonepur Bazari Siding.
Supply of approved quality machined crushed hard stone ballast as per Railway specification including all lead, lift, crossing multiple lines, leading from quarry to the siding/loading point
Spreading of ballast within track including leading from ballast stack . The work must be completed as per instruction of Site-Incharge
Re-spacing of PSC sleepers required to be done during deep screening work as per instruction of site supervisor.
One round of packing whenever required to provide for smooth long level after BCM has worked, it should be inclusive of opening squaring and respacing of sleepers as well as dressing and boxing of ballast within a free lead of 30 mtrs.
Manual deep screening of track upto depth of 300mm. below the bottom of sleeper & upto centre line of two track/entire available cess/coping wall in PF area/ballast retaining wall on bridge as per procedure laiddownin Para- 218 of IRPWM 2004 & LWR manual.
Ist packing of manually screened track before relaxation of speed. The work includes requipment of missing fittings, squaring of sleepers, correction of guage and alignment and packing of sleepers including redistribution of ballast as required for safe movement of traffic.
2nd packing of screened track before relaxation of speed. The work includes requipment of missing fittings, squaring of sleepers, picking up slacks for adjustment of long level, correction of alignment of track, packing of sleeper with redistribution of ballast if required within a lead of 30m, boxing of ballast etc. so that the track becomes fit for raising of speed.
3rd packing of screened track before relaxation of speed. The work includes all operations of through packing as per IRPWM along with adjustment of long level.
Removing of rusted ERC by heating or applying gas or approved chemicals without damaging insert and replacing the old ERC by new one supplied by railway [heating arrangement, gas and chemical will be provided by the contractor].

The rate includesthe followings. a)Lifting of track for providing clean ballast cushion of 300mmwherescreening up to required depth i.e. 300mm is restricted due to sitecondition & formation levelisreached before a depth of 300mm. b)Throwing of releasedearth/muck outside platforms or at slope of banks by any means with all lead,lift& crossing of muitiple running line. c)initial packing including recoupment,replacement of worn out rack fittings, gauging,aligning,respacing & squaring of sleepers, placing balast at rail seats for safe passage of train at restricted speed. d) With released earth,cess/bankto be filled to make standard cess/bank. e)Picking up ballast ifrom cess and putting back in track. f)Woodensleepersfor makingwoodenblocks& wedgesas per requirement to be brought at site from PWI store& to be returned back to store at free of cost after completion of work.(Deep screening at PF area will be paid 1.25 times)..
Deep screening of 52 kg/60 kg Pts. & Xing 1 in 12 in running track 250 mm below bottom of PSC sleeper for a distance of 1.50 m from edge of the PSC sleeper. The work should be done as per details in special condition of formation is reached within 250mm cushion to be provided by lifting the track (70 payment will be made if the work done 1 in 8.5 ). Hiring of JCB Machine (in good working condition) for levelling and dressing ground / dismantling structures including disposal of debris through dumpers etc. with contractor's labour, JCB machine, machine operator, fuel, etc. The contractor shall arrange road permit for vehicle for all the States of operation, as per instructions of engineer in- charge .
Supplying of PSC sleeper
Supply and installation of OHE mast along with cantilever and other required materials for realignment of OHE line
Supply and fixing of level crossing tiles along with approach road upto 3 meter in both side near ICL gate .
