Inspection of defective step down 11 KV / 0.433 upto 500 KVA transformer any make, installed on plinth/floor/pole mounted, indoor/outdoor type, step opening, removing the top cover of transformer, detecting the fault, rectfying the defect at site (Nagrota, Katra & Sanjhi Chatt) except major fault of burnt winding or other. The following tasks if required will be performed :- (a) Step opening of the transformer and removing the transformer top cover for checking/rectified the faults of the transformer. (b) Replacement of defective HT/LT bushes, spindles etc. (c) Refixing the transformer top cover with nuts, bolts and washers. (d) Testing of transformer Complete. Note : (i) In case of replacement of LV / HV bushing / spindles / tap changer etc, will be measured and paid for separately under relevant items (ii) Transformer oil (if required) for topping will measured and paid for separately under relevant item

M&L for taking down transformers mounted on two/four pole structure or on platform / indoor floor mounted carefully from their position after removing electrical connection, earthing leads etc, for executing necessary comprehensive preventive maintenance as well repairs necessiated, including to and fro transporting to Workshop, and refixing & testing after execution of maint/repair to their original position or to other location as directed of capacity as under: - (a) Step down transformer 11 KV/0.433 KV of any make of capacity 40 KVA to 160 KVA.

(b) -do- but capacity exceeding 200 KVA but n.exc 500 KVA

M&L for dismantling core, taking out damaged coils (HV Coils) from its position for replacement, including supplying and fixing new winded coils with super enamelled copper winding wires of reqd gauge, number of turnings & weight to suit with the existing coils with allied insulation materials, packing with spacers etc, complete all as specified and as directed by the Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for Reconditioning of LT side coils from its position for replacement including supplying and fixing new winded coils with cotton braided copper wire or strip of approprite size (thickness & breadth) number of turnings & weight to suit with the existing coils with allied insulation materials, packing with spacers etc, complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking out HV procelain bushes from transformers for replacement being damaged, including supply and fixing new HV procelain, viterous white, brown or green of voltage grade 11000 V bushes to suit the size of transformers of different makes transformer of cap 40 KVA upto 500 KVA indoor complete all as specfied and directed.

Taking out LV procelain bushes from transformers for replacement being damagd, including supply and fixing new HV procelain, viterous white, brown or green of voltage grade 1100 V bushes to suit the size of transformers of different makes transformer of cap 40 KVA upto 500 KVA indoor/out door complete all as specfied and directed.

Taking out worn out HV metallic alloy(brass/gun metal) bush rods, incl supply and fixing new HV metallic alloy (gun metal/brass)bus rods of suitable length and dia with necessary nuts, washers and bushing packing to prevent oil leaking from the bushes including making necessary connections for transformer of cap 40 KV A to 160 KVA complete all as specfied and directed.

All as per srl item No 7 here-in-above but for transformer of cap exceeding 200 KVA but not exc 500 KVA.

Taking out worn out LV metallic alloy (brass/gun metal) bush rods, including supply & fixing new LV metallic alloy (gun metal/brass) bus rods of suitable length and dia with necessary nuts, washers and bushing packing to prevent oil leaking from the bushes including making necessary connections for transformer of cap 40 KVA to 160 KVA

All as per srl item No 9 here-in-above but for transformer of cap exceeding 200 KVA but not exc 500 KVA

Inspection of defective Servo Voltage stablizer of capacity 50 KVA upto 300 KVA of any make any type by step opening, removing the top cover of stablizer, detecting the fault, rectfying the defect at site (Nagrota, Katra & Sanjhi Chatt) except major fault of burnt dimmer coil, burnt servo motor. The following tasks if required will be performed :- (a) Opening of the Voltage stablizer and removing the top cover for checking/rectified the faults of the servo voltage stablizer. (b) Replacement of defective/ burnt wires and checking external connections. (c) Refixing the top cover with nuts, bolts and washers. (d) Testing of Voltage stablizer Complete. Note : (i) In case of replacement of dimmer Coil, Servo motor, Toggles switch, PCB etc, will be measured and paid for separately under relevant items (ii) Oil (if required) for topping will measured and paid for separately under relevant item

Supply and fix in repair/replacement digital voltmeter 0 to 500 volts 96 x 96mm, flush type, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in repair/replacement LT current transformer as suitable for servo voltage stabilizer of capacity 50 to 300 KVA complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in replacement only PCB card/ plate for automatic voltage correction suitable for servo stabilizer of capacity 50 to 300 KVA, of type and make as per site requirement, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in repair/replacement micro limit switch with cam lever for servo stabilizer of capacity 50 KVA to 300 KVA of type and make as per site requirement, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix servo motor, synchronous type, of torque capacity 30 Kg for automatic voltage correction, suitable for servo stabilizer of capacity 50 KVA to 300 KVA of type and make as per site requirement, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix over load relay suitable for 50 to 300 KVA voltage stabilizer complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix servo dimmer/booster coil of suitable capacity for automatic voltage correction suitable for servo stabilizer of capacity 50 KVA to 160 KVA of type and make as per site requirement, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix servo dimmer/booster coil of suitable capacity for automatic voltage correction suitable for servo stabilizer of capacity 200 KVA to 300 KVA of type and make as per site requirement, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix terminal connections with brass Rod with Bush suitable for servo stablizer of capacity 50 KVA to 300 KVA of any type and make as per site requirement, complete all as specified and directed.

Servicing of 33/11 KVA up to 6.3 MVA Power transformer outdoor type externally included all accesories such as ( conservator tank, marshalling box , bushing, buchholz relay radiator, oil level indicator ) complete and checking the outgoing and incoming terminal connection complete with following testing. a) Transformer oil testing dielectric strength testing.b) Buchholz relay alram test and trip testing. c) Oil tempreature alarm and trip testing.d) Winding temperature alarm and trip testing. e) Meggar testing between HV and Earth. f)Meggar testing between LV and Earth g)Meggar testing between HV and LV h)Earth Resistance test of transformer neutral i)Earth Resistance test of transformer body Note : Contrator shall provide the Testing result to engineer- in- charge

Filteration, heating and dehydration of transformer oil ( at Site ) on load system, EHV grade having dielectric strength not less than 60 KV with 2 mm gap high viscosity in transformer of cap 40 KVA to 500 KVA as per IS-335 of 1983. The reducing moisture, acidity carbon particle in transformer Oil.Note :- The filtration, heating and dehydration of transformer oil shall be carried out site. The unit rate quoted by the contractor shall deemed to include for arrangement of filtration machine and its transporation to various location of installation of transformer and top up of transformer oil.

Supply, treating (dehydrating), filling new transformer oil in transformers for topping up levels or for replacement of unfit oil .New oil having dielectric strength not less than 60 KV at 2mm Gap and shall be confirming to IS 335. Note : The Empty Barrel is the property of department. Supply should be given in Sealed Containers.

Taking out old breathers from transformer, supplying and fixing new breather duly filled with activated agent i.e silcagel for transformer of cap 40 KVA to 500 KVA

M & L for repair and replacement for tap changing gear , including minor repair and supply & fixing, making connections, testing & commissioning tap changing gears in transformers of any description / rating and make complete all as specfied and as directed.

M&L in repair of transformer platform of size 2.50 m x 2.50m x 1.20m with following specifications as under ( As Per Techanical drawing of Platform) a)Brick work in sub class B brick old size burnt clay bricks exc 6m mean radius on plan in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as spd and directed b) PCC 1:3:6 type C2 as in foundation filling and mass concrete c) Stone boulder filling n.exc 63mm including hand packing and well ramming complete d) PCC 1:2 :4 type B1 as in flooring / top surface of plate form complete e) Plastering to brick work in CM 1:4 complete, 15mm thick f) Angle iron of size 50mm x 50mm x 6mm as in post for fencing g)Mild Steel galvanised Chain link fencing with mesh size 50mm x 50mm, dia of wire 4mm Note : During platform repair Contractor shall arrange the Hydra Machine for Lifting the transformer from Existing platform to Near by locations with temporary fencing around it.

Mild steel work as in framed structure (around 4 pole/2 pole/ LT pannel/ Transformer) guard bars, framed balusters and similar works complete including PCC work as in foundation complete all as specified.

Expended metal cut to length, bend to required shape weight not less than 4 kg/Sqm and laying with and including annealed MS wire or welded to steel members complete all as specified.

Material and labour for spreading and leveling evenly (any thickness) 20 mm graded stone aggregated complete all as specified and directed.

Labour and tools for trimming tree branches up to 100 mm grith of any location around existing HT/LT OH lins and any no conductors giving clearance of 1.5 m on all sides after arranging shut down and taking all precaution while working on lines incl all T&P required for the purpose complete all as specified and diected by Engineer-in- charge. Note : The contractor shall arrange the tree cutting machine and vehicle mounted telescopic ladder for the same.

Earthing complete with galvanised steel earth plate electrode 60cm ×60cm× 6mm thick, buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 metres deep below ground level) with top edge of the plate not less'than 1.5 metres below normal ground level, using galvanised iron strip 25×4mm as earthing lead connected to using galvanised iron strip 25×4mm by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of galvanised iron or steel all as shown in electrical plate No. 3 connected to earthing test point all as specified or indicated including testing on completion all as specified and directed by Engr In Charge.

Supply and fixing in repair of aluminium strip 25 x 3.15 mm with saddles and fixing screws etc. for roof conductors and down conductors above ground, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in repair Cable jointing kit for 11 KV (Earthed) grade cable for outdoor termination heat shrink type joint complete with jointing material and accessories suitable for 3 core XLPE armoured aluminium conductor cable of size 50 sqmm to 95 Sqmm.
