DESIGN CONSTRUCTION & PERFORMANCE REQUIREMENT:- (i) The elevator shall be designed to lift the payload in addition to weight of the car itself and other accessories. (ii) The number of wire ropes and size of wire rope shall be so chosen that highest factor of safety is achieved as per standard IS 2365: 1977 (iii) The car shall be enclosed on all sides by means of car body and door. The sides of the car shall be lined with heavy stainless steel gauge sheet panels with latest designs properly braced and reinforced. (iv) Car roof shall be covered with sheet metal to prevent dripping of lubricants from ropes-sheave bearings. The top flooring shall be of steel. Note:- 1. All necessary civil work like RCC framed structure foundation, Excavation, Earth work, RCC Foundation, PCC work etc shall be measured and paid under respective items. 2. The contractor shall be make arrangement of interconnection of existing building and quoted rate is deemed to be included this provision.

CIVIL WORK (RCC FRAMED STRUCTURE)

Excavating over areas, not exceeding 1.5m deep and getting out in any type of soil by mechanical means etc complete all as specified and directed.

Excavating over areas, exceeding 1.5m and not exceeding 3.0.m deep and getting out in any type of soil by mechanical means etc complete all as specified and directed.

Removing of excavated material (soil) to a distance not exceeding 50 metre and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.50metre above the starting point complete all as specified and directed

M&L for Brick work sub class B bricks straight or curved on plan exceeding 6 mtr mean radius built in cement mortar (1:6) etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L cement concrete in foundations, filling and mass concrete type D-2, (1:4:8) using 40 mm graded aggregate. etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Hardcore of broken stone or boulders of gauge not exceeding 63 mm deposited, spread, levelled in layers not exceeding 15 cm thick, watered and rammed to a true surface etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 100 mm thick PCC (1:2:4) type B-1 using 20mm graded stone aggregates as in floor finish etc complete all as specified and directed.

Mild steel TMT bars 10 mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required including cracking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9 mm dia or securing with clips. etc complete all as specified & directed.

M&L RCC M-25 (Design mix) (20mm graded aggregates) as in Slabs supported on walls, beams and columns in floors, roofs, landings, balconies, canopies, deck slabs and in shelves and the like etc complete all as specified & directed.

M&L for rendering 10 mm thick in CM (1:3) on ceiling/ceiling patches finished even and fair without using extra cement etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering 15 mm thick on brick masonry in CM(1:6) finished even and smooth without using extra cement etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparing newly plastered surfaces and applying two coats of exterior emulsion paint mechanical means over a coat of primer on wall etc. complete all as per specified and directed.

M&L for preparing new plastered surfaces and applying three coats of white wash on ceiling etc. complete all as per specified and directed.

M&L for preparation newly plastered surfaces and applying wall care putty to achieve uniform thickness and (priming seal-o-prime ) and two coats of interior acrylic emulsion paint using hand roller on internal wall surface, complete all as specified and as directed.

NOTES FOR ITEM NOS 3.01:- (a)The scope of works includes the following and rate quoted shall be deemed to be included in this provision.. (b) Contractor shall be submit the MOU between the contractor and OEM or authorized service dealer of OEM and same shall be submitted in original and uploaded along with tender documents (c) Periodic maintenance as per OEM (2 Major visits + 4 Inspections per year) shall be done during contract period (Phase-II). (d) Rate quoted shall be included of all the spares required to be provided/replaced for maintenance. (e) Contractor shall be available on call from (9 am to 9 pm) and shall be attended and required spares shall be replaced free of cost. (f) Repairs or replacement of all parts which have become unusual through wear & tear (e.g VF drive unit, Automatic rescue device, car and landing door shoe liners, contacts, switches, door operator motor, drive belts, coupler unit, door safety sensors, emergency alarm unit, door drive unit, car and landing call registration buttons and all electronic PCBs Gearbox, motor, over speed governor, door drive, safety gear, suspension ropes, traction sheaves, drive wheels and travelling cables) also be provided and deemed to be included in the quoted rate.

(g) Oil change at regular intervals in the Drive units and proper disposal of the old oil. (h) Replacement of damaged or fault emergency lamps in the car during the regular inspection/ preventive maintenance.
