Min wt of membrane will be 3.5 Kg/Sqm and bonded completely to the surfaces with min end overlap of 15 cms and side lap 75 mm (overlaps to be bounded with thermo fused by flame) and over APP applying one coat of hot blown bitument 85/25 @ 1.2 Kg/Sqm blinded with fine sand in dry condition @ 0.5 Kg/Sqm complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

PCC 1:5:10 type E-2 (using 40 mm graded brick aggregate) as in filling under sunken floors etc. complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of bricks or stone masonry built in cement mortar complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of cement concrete reinforced (reinforcement cut as required to facilitate demolition) complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5 m wide and not exceeding 1.5 m in depth for foundation, side of drain, wall and similar work etc. and area not exceeding 10 Sqm on plan and getting out in hard/dense soil complete all as specified and directed.

Precast reinforced cement concrete (1:2:4) type B-1 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) for drain cover and other covers etc. including necessary form work and set in CM (1:4) complete all as specified and directed. Note:- reinforcement will be measured and paid seperately.

Reinforced cement concrete (nominal mix) type B-1, 1:2:4 (using 20 mm graded aggregate) using in beams, cantilevers, bressummers, lintels over 1.5 mtr span and similar work etc. complete all as specified and directed.

Form work to sides of lintels, beam haunching, girders, lintal cantiliver including supports overhung etc. complete all as specified and directed.

Glass shelf 600 mm long including CP supporting clamps, screws etc. complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Make : Jaquar Cat Part No : AKP-35771P or equivalent as per specifed in PS.

Bathroom cabinet, made out of bakelite sheet conisting of mirror on sliding shutter of approved make in repair complete all as specified and directed.

Steel window (box type) factory made with side hung shutters including pintol hinges, steel handles, steel peg stay and all locking arrangement complete with glazing bars dovetailed or welded including one shop coat of red oxide primer complete all specified and directed. Note : i) The window shall be fabricated as per Drg No CEUZ/TD/1517/15 Sheet 1/3 to 3/3 (ii) MS fillets, glazing, wire gauge shall be measured and paid separately.
