Excavation for pipe line trenches for water supply, sewerage line, manhole etc. all with shoring and strutting if required as per required gradient and line including safety provisions using site rails and stacking excavated stuff including up to all required lead cleaning the site etc. complete for all lift and strata as specified. (a) In all sorts of soil and soft murrum. Upto 1.50 mt depth.

Removing of existing pipeline incl. removal of specials, valves, jointing material including carting and stacking of removed material from site of work to the department store as directed excl. excavation and refilling. MS pipe 610 mm dia.

Carting of pipes from D’mart to Dabhel Gate road upto at Departmental store or site anywhere in Daman District including all taxes, insurance, transportation, freight charges, octroi, inspection charges, loading, unloading conveyance to departmental stores, stacking etc. all complete as directed by Engineer-in-charge. As per GWS & SB 2022-23: Annexure B/5/107)

Demolition including stacking of serviceable materilas and disposal of unserviceable materials with all lead and lift. (i) R.C.C. work.

Manufacture, supply & Delivery of Electric Resistance Welded (up to 400 mm)/ submerged Arc welded (Above 400 mm) M.S. Pipe having beveled ends plate or coil conforming to IS 3589-2001 or its latest revision/amendment for following thickness outside diameter at Departmental store or site anywhere in Daman District including all taxes, insurance, transportation, freight charges, octroi, inspection charges, loading, unloading conveyance to departmental stores, stacking etc. all complete. (Rate for MS pipe based on the ex. works price or HR coil as Rs. 67500.00 per MT- without GST (above 3.15 mm to 10 mm ) & Rs. 68000.00 per MT-without GST (above 10 mm ) as on Feb-22(WPI Index of H.R Coil of Jan-22 is 155.8). 610 mm dia.

Clearing and grubbing road land including uprooting rank Vegetation grass bushes, shrubs, sapling and trees girth up to 300 mm removal of stumps of trees cut earlier and disposal of unserviceable materials (B) By manual in area of thorny jungle.

Refilling the pipeline trenches incl. ramming, watering, consolidating disposal of surplus stuff as directed within a radius of 3 Km. Refilling as directed.

Providing and laying controlled cement concrete M.200 and curing complete excluding the cost of formwork and reinforcement for reinforced concrete work in (A) Foundations, footings, Base of columns and Mass concrete.

Providing and supplying ISI mark CI D/F Reflux Valves as per IS : 5312 (Latest Edition) of following class and diameter including all taxes, insurance, transportation, freight charges, octroi, inspection charges, loading, unloading, conveyance to departmental stores, stacking etc. complete. Reflux valves PN 1.0 IS 5312 with ISI mark. 600 mm dia.
