Clearing/cleaning of sewage lines/drain pipes, including man holes, 100mm bore laid to any slope or gradient, any depth, with manual or mechanical method, removing and depositing the sludge not less than 100 metre away from the site of clearing and covering the sludge with layer of 25mm thick layer of earth all as spd and directed by the Eng-in-charge.(All works to be carried out under foul conditions)

Cleaning of MH of any description of size n. exc 1.5 M in depth including lifting up and removing sludge and accumulated/ semi solid sludge and other foreign material with trailor mounted sewage cleaning pumps/mechanical devices and removing to a distance n. exc 250 m where directed by Engineer in charge & washing down of MH with water for smooth function of sewage .

All as per item No 4 above but MH exc 1.5 M depth & n. exc 2 M and -do-.

Cleaning of septic tanks of 1000 users capacity by bailing out water, removing sludge dust mud & other accumulated solids, semi solids etc including cleaning sewage sludge and other materials deposited out side the MD land.

All as per item No 6 above but septic tank of 500 user capacity.

All as per item No 6 above but septic tank of 100 user capacity .

M&L for removal of blockage from WC by using rubber cup 125mm dia with wooden handle and clearing the blockage up to manhole with cleaning rod including removal of all materials from P trap of WC (qtrs from ground floor to 3rd floor)

M&L for removal of blockage from kitchen/bathroom /WHB by using rubber cup 125mm dia and clearing the blockage up to gully traps with cleaning rod including removal of all materials from floor trap including dismantling and refixing of gratings. (qtrs from ground floor to 3rd floor)

M & L for precast cement concrete 1:2:4 type B1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate for cover slab for Man holes / Septic tank set in CM 1:4. including demolition of RCC of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for (reinforcement cut to facilitate demolition) and removing the debris to a distance not exc 500 M as directed.

S&F TMT bars 08mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hopping for columns,hoking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for brick work with sub class ‘B’ brick straight or curved on plan exceeding 6m mean radius in CM 1:4 including demolition of brick or stone/boulders masonry, built in cement mortar.

M&L for rendering 15mm thick plastering in CM 1:4 on other than surface of brick or concrete surfaces including finishes even and smooth without using extra cement

Excavation in trenches n exc 1.50m wide and n exc 1.50m in depth for foundation etc or for shaft wells, cesspits manholes pier holes etc next 10 sqm on plan and n exc 1.5m in depth and getting out in any type of soil complete all as specified and directed.

Description all as per item no 15 above but exc 1.5m and e exc 3m

M&L Salt glazed stone ware drain pipe , grade 'A' of 200mm dia laid in trenches and jointed including all accessories & fittings including demolition and breaking up drain pipes , 200 mm dia (Salt glazed stone ware, AC or Reinforced concrete) set in cement mortar complete as specified

Description all as per item No 17 above but 150 mm dia .

M&L Concrete bed to drain pipe 200mm dia including packing under and haunching against the sides of pipe PCC 1:4:8 type D2(using 40mm graded stone aggregate) complete all as specified and directed.

Description all as per item No 19 above but 150 mm dia .

Returning filling in, including spreading, leveling watering and well ramming in layer not exc 25 cm thick complete all as specified.

Removing of excavated soil 50m and depositing where directed at a level n exc 1.5 m above the starting point.
