M&L for repair to pot holes any depth, n.exc. 1.00 sqm each including sweeping free from dust and mud or water, scoring sunken surfaces in road paths etc, cutting around edges to at least 25 mm in depth making good by filling in screened and graded road metal applying tack coat with Bituminous primer (of bitumen grade VG-10) @ 5 kg per 10 sqm, putting in bituminous (of bitumen grade VG-30) pre-mix asphaltic semi dense concrete (design mix) 25mm (consolidated thickness) with 5.5% binder content by weight of total mix, laid with mechanical paver, rolled and compacted to required camber and gradient with 8 to 12 tonne power roller complete all as specified and as directed.

Scarifying and picking gravelled macadam or bituminous macadam surfaces in area not exceeding 400 Sqm and exc 50 mm and n exc 100 mm in depth and removing the same to a distance n exc 50 m and stacking complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Water Bound Macadam (WBM) 7.5 cm (consolidated thickness) with coarse aggregate (63 mm to 40 mm size) spread, rolled and consolidated to gradient and camber required with granite trap or basalt type aggregate 8 to 12 ton power roller complete all as specified and as directed.

All as per item No 03 here- in- above but except material complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparing , WBM Black top surface by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc, sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surface with gunny bags to remove all loose dirt etc and applying evenly a priming/tack coat with VG-10 grade bitumen bitumenous primer (paving bitumen) at the rate of 5.00 Kg per 10 Sqm complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparing ;unsurfaced WMM by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc, sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surface with gunny bags to remove all loose dirt etc and applying evenly a priming/tack coat with (paving bitumen) VG-10 at the rate of 10 Kg per 10 Sqm complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for premixed bituminious mecadam using paving bitumen @ 4% by weight of total mix, spread rolled and compacted to required gradient and camber for up 50 to 75 mm consolidated thickness complete all as specified and directed.

Applying evenly a priming / tack coat of VG-10 grade paving bitumen with bituminous primer at 2.5 Kg per 10 Sqm on BM surfaces complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for providing bitumenous premixed semi dense asphaltic concrete 40 mm consolidated thickness with @ 5.5% content by weight of total mix using VG-30 grade bitumen laid with mechanical paver rolled and compacted to reqd camber and gradient with 8 to 12 ton power roller complete all as specified.

M&L for preparation of exisiting bitumenous road/concrete surface and paving road line dashes (continiously/interupted) arrow,letter 2.0 mm thick and not exc 10 cm wide with one coat of hot applied white/golden/yellow thermoplastic road marking paint with reflectory glass beads on bituminous road all as specified in clause 803.40 of MORTH specification over a coat of self primer using machine complete all as speified and directed.

Manufacturing, supplying and fixing retro reflective Mandatory/ Regulatory sign boards of 900 mm diametre with support length of 3750 mm and made up of 2 mm thick aluminium sheet, face to be fully covered with high intensity encapsulated type heat activated retro reflective sheeting conforming to type - IV of ASTM-D 4956-01 in blue and silver white or other colour combination including subject matter, message (bi-lingual), symbols and borders etc. as per IRC ; 67:2001, pasted on substrate by an adhesive backing which shall be activated by applying heat and pressure conforming to class -2 of ASTM-D-4956-01 and fixing the same with suitable sized aluminium alloy rivets @ 20 cm c/c to back support frame of M.S. angle iron of size 25x25x3 mm along with theft resistant measures, mounted and fixed with 2 Nos. M.S. angles of size 35x35x5 mm to a vertical post made up to M.S. Tee section ISMT 50x50x6 mm welded with base plate of size 100x100x5 mm at the bottom end and including making holes in pipes, angles flats, providing & fixing M.S. message plate of required size, steel work to be painted with two or more coats of synthetic enamel paint of required shade and of approved brand & manufacture over priming coat of zinc chromate yellow primer (vertical MS-Tee support to be painted in black and white colours).Backside of aluminium sheet to be painted with two or more coats of epoxy paint over and including appropriate priming coat including all leads and lifts etc. complete as per drawing , specification and direction of Engineer-in-charge

S&F out door type rectanguler type 100 mm thick precast concrete curb stones of Size 300 x 250 mm for provision at roadway,side walls, gutter and drainage etc. thickness of 100 mm as per IS 5758 (1984) of gray in colour etc including dismantling & removing of old curb stone from site all as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Manufacturing, supplying and fixing Retroreflective regulatory sign board of size 900 mm dia meter made out of 2 mm thick aluminium sheet, face to be fully covered with high intensity encapsulated lens type retro -reflective sheeting as approved by Engineer-in-charge . Letter, symbols, borders etc. will be as per IRC - 67 with required colour scheme on the boards and with the high intensity grade A. The aluminium sheet to be riveted to M.S. frame of angle iron of size 40 mm x 40 mm x 4 mm. The boards will be fixed to 1 No. 50 mm x 50 mm square post made of M.S. angle 50 mm x 50 mm x 4 mm, 4 m long welded to the frame with adequate anti-theft arrangement .Sheet work to be painted with two or more coats of synthetic enamel paint over an under coat (primer) and back side of aluminium sheet to be painted with two or more coats of epoxy paint including appropriate priming coat complete in all respects as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

S&F metal tubular dealineator made out of ABS round body fitted with 2 Nos 65 mm dia highly reflective reflectors made out of PMMA and mounted on 45/50 mm dia mild steel pipe of 600 mm height duly powder coated and thermoplastic elastomer 3 bands of green, red and yellow reflector radium tape of 25 mm wide strips with anti theft steel net for reflector protection including embedding in PCC 1:2:4 (150 mm x 150 mm x 300 mm) type B1 complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

S&F cat eye reflective type road stud of metal body alloy of size 100 mm x 100 mm x 20 mm with PAMA striplens reflector fixed with and including MS stud of suitable size as per manufactures instructions.

S&F solar cat eye aluminum alloy shall (100% water proofing design according to 65 tonne) of size 125 mm x 125 mm x 25 mm (shank 65 mm) of high efficiency Mono solar panel 2.4V / 0.3 watt one LED rechargeable battery (1.2V / 1600MA) consisting of super bright LED with 10,000 to 18,000 mcd completed as per manufactures instructions etc. complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Taking down old steel gate (area n exc 10 sqm ) repairing by welding / cutting steel members as required and refixing the same in the existing pillars / post complete all as specified and as directed. (Note : Steel members used if any will be paid in seperate item on supply only rate)

Supply only mild steel work for portions framed and hung as gates, including pintle hinges, stops, hand-made sliding bolts, etc. with ends of bars shouldered and or riveted, or forged in to spikes : framed guard bars, barred iron doors and similar work conforming to Fe 290 Gde-E-165 complete all as specified and as directed.
