Excavation over areas to a depth n.exc 1.5 m and getting out in soft/loose soil for foundation etc. complete all as specified and as directed.

Scarifying and picking gravelled, macadam or bituminous macadam surfaces in area not exc 400 sqm (exc 50 mm and not exc 100 mm deep) all as specified.

Rolling and consolidating formation surfaces in cutting to power roller exc 8 ton and n exc 12 ton including filling in hollows & depressions which occur during the process of rolling complete as specified and directed.

Removing excavated material to a distance exc 1.5 Km but not exc 5 Km & depositing where directed at a level n.exc 1.50 m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for repair to pot holes not exc 1 sq m each including sweeping in free from dust and mud or water, scoring sunken surfaces in roads, paths, etc. cutting around edges to at least 25 mm in depth, making good by filling in screened and graded road metal, watering and well ramming (including supply of road metal) complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for 150mm spread thickness soling (or sub base) with broken boulders or quarried stone, inter stices filled, surface formed and rolled and consolidated to required gradient and camber complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for granular subbase (GSB) 200 mm thick compacted and requirement given in table 400-2, grading III and IV in table 400-1n as per MORTH specified and laid in two layers (each layer of 100 mm thick) by using shingle or gravel spread, rolled and consolidated to gradient and camber required complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for 150 mm thick (compacted thickness) Wet MiX Macadam in two layers of 75mm each conforming to the grading given in table 400-13 and physical requirement as per table 400-12, spread with mechanical means and rolled using 8 to 10 ton vibrating power roller over compacted subgrade surface as specified clause 406.3.5 on page 134-135 MORTH&H complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for 50 mm consolidated thickness premix bituminous macadam using paving bitumen of grade VG-30 penetration laid / rolled and compacted to required gradient and camber with vibratory power roller using 4% binder content by weight of total mix to make good depression / pot holes complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for moorum/red bajri filling in side road berms, laid in layers n exc. 15 cm thick, spread, levelled and rammed including watering complete all as specified and directed. Note: Conslidated thickness shall be measured.

Material and labour for precast cement concrete Type B-1, 1:2:4 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate)as in kerb/ road separator including weathering, slightly rounded for chamfered angles posts, boundary pillars,bed plates, pintle blocks, ancho-rage blocks, bonders (for stone walling) corbels, brackets, etc. (of any section indicated), with plain fair faces, including chamfers, weatherings, throat- ing etc. and setting in mortar 1:4 complete with joints to match all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for construction of hume pipe culvert 6 metre span including 600 mm dia pipe, class NP2 as per Drawing No CE (AF)/ NGP/2004/TD/50, Sheet1/1

Sipply and lay reinforced concrete pipes, 150 mm bore of pipe, class NP2, laid and jointed complete with collars etc complete all as specified and as directed for utility purpose for Electric lines, tele,waterpipes etc

Material and labour for type D-2, 1:4:8 (40 mm graded stone aggregate) concrete bed to drain pipes including forming cradles against the sides of pipe after they are laid and tested for 150 mm bore of pipe etc complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for applying evenly a tack coat @ 5kg / 10 Sqm over old bituminous surfaces by using paving bitumen of grade VG-10 with the help of mechanical sprayer all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for bituminous premix semi dense asphaltic concrete 30 mm thick consolidated thickness, with 5.5% binder content by weight of total mix using paving bitumen of grade VG-30 penetration (using computerised hot mix plant and mechanical paver) and compacted to required camber and gradient using vibratory power roller all as specified and as directed.
