DESIGN & ENGINEERING : Charges for Design, Engineering, Drawing and data submission charges for the ACHS Conveyor Package @ 2% OF Civil, Mechanical & Electrical works

CIVIL WORKS: Charges for providing RCC pile foundations with pedestals for ACHS Junction Towers of NCTPP-III for a length of 500 m (approximately) with height as required. The above work inclusive all required civil materials such as Reinforcement steel, cement, foundation bolts etc, The work involves excavation, Shoring, PCC, RCC, Shuttering, etc.

MECHANICAL WORKS: Charges for Supply, Fabrication , Erection of Mild Steel Iron technological structures, various sizes and types of pulleys, Idlers, Idler frames, Scrappers, discharge chutes, flow divider, plough feeder, gear boxes, Fluid couplings, Resilient couplings, conveyor belts, fire hydrant system, Cladding/Roofing sheets for JT's for ACHS conveyors of NCTPP-III for a length of 500 M (approximately) with height as required, connecting IMC-II and ICHS 8A/B of NCTPS-I with IC 2A/B of NCTPP-III.

ELECTRICAL AND C&I WORKS : Charges for Supply, Erection of Electrical and C&I items such as HT/LT Motors, HT/LT Power cables, control cables, Lighting Transformer, Distribution boards, Cable trays, Lighting system, Earthing, Remote I/O Panels, Cards, Programming logics, LED Monitors, VMS sensors for HT drives for ACHS conveyors of NCTPP-III including Cables, Pull chord switches, Belt sway switches, Zero speed switches etc, testing and commissioning the system.

OPERATION AND MAINTENANCE WORKS: Operation and maintenance on round the clock basis from NCTPS-I, ICHS to Boiler bunker of NCTPP-III for the proposed new conveyors of this tender from NCTPS-I, and the existing conveyors of IC 2A/B,IC 3A/B,IC 4A/B,TBC 1A/B and TBC 2A/B of NCTPP-III including the ICHS control room operation, Choke releasing, Coal Cleaning, preventive and breakdown maintenance, consumables and House keeping works for a period of 3 Months from the date of commissioning.
