Supply and fixing Glass Mosaic tiles of 20 X 20 X 4 mm size of approved shade and design with required adhesive over bed of 15 mm thick cement, sand mortar 1:3 including nicely finished joints. Thickness of joints shall not be more than 1.5mm using water proof joints filler (as recommended by manufacture) & finished with flush pointing in white cement mixed with pigment to match the shade of tiles. Providing and fixing of FRP made wave slide having safe play area about 4.6mtrx 0.9 mtr. The wave slide required total area 3.6 mtr x 0.6 mtr. Platform height shall be 1.8 mtr from ground level connected with leg support 60mm IDGI pipe and ladder should be made by steel frame rectangular square pipe 50mm x 25mm. for safety purpose railing should be made by 25mm IDGI pipe Total FRP slide length shall be 3 mtr. with 5mm thickness overall both side finihing work. All the sharp edges and corners are properly grinded to give smooth finishing.The Pipes and components are powder coated on surfaces. Slide should be made in a single moulded piece having wave shape there shall be no any joint in the slide. POMMEL HORSE Providing and fixing of Pommel Horse of size 2150mm (Length) x 800mm (Width) x 800mm. (Height) fabricated with the main frame of 80NB and 50NB shall be made from “C” Class G.I. pipe. The handle frame of 32NB shall be made from “C” Class G.I. pipe. 40mm x 40mm CRC square pipes frame shall be placed on the 25mm x 25mm x3mm M.S. L Angle with 60 x 10m thickness flat should be used for support. Closing Caps shall be made up of high quality Fiber reinforced Plastic material. High tensile steel with galvanized nuts and bolts shall be used for assembly. The powder coating shall be done with Pure Polyester powder Ackzonoble or Berger Paints with 60 to70 micron thickness, all complete as per drawing, design, directions and approval of Engineer-in-charge regarding material, shape of equipment, colour (of metal, seat and pedal), and fixing of equipment etc.

DOUBLE TWISTER STANDING Providing and fixing of Double Twister Standing of size 1500mm (Length) x 600mm (Width) x 1300mm. (Height) fabricated with a Center Pipe of 100NBshall be made from “C” Class G.I. material. The bottom shall be welded with support of M.S. round plate of Ø250 mm & 10mm thickness. The bottom frame of 32NB shall be made from “C” class G.I. pipe. The handle frame of 25NB shall be made from “C” class G.I. pipe. The foundation should be used for fixing is a structure and shall be made from center pipe of G.I. of 80 NB”C” class welded with M.S. round plate of Ø250 mm & 10mm thick. Main pipe shall be supported with 25 mm X 25mm M.S. angles of 3 mm thickness and 20mm x 40mm CRC square pipes of 3mm thickness. The Twister plate to be fitted on the bottom frame shall be made up of M.S. Round Plate of size Ø300mm and 10mm thick. Closing Caps shall be made up of high quality Fiber reinforced Plastic material. Pins to be used of Diameter 35 mm shall be made up from SAE 8620 bright material. The bearings shall be used are of “6205zz” permanent lubricated sealed bearing of reputed. Brand.
