Patch plastering with CM 1:3, 20mm thick, including cot of all materials, labour, lead, lift, transporting charges, finishing, curing, etc., complete as directed by the Engineer at site.

Providing and fixing of 110mm dia PVC pipe (4Kg/m2) as rain water pipe with proper clamping including cost of all materials, scaffolding, lift etc., complete as directed by the Engineer at site.

Providing and fixing of 5.5mm plain glass as louver for existing aluminium ventilators including cost of all materials, transporting, lead, lift, cutting and fixing charges etc., complete as directed by the Engineer at site.

Providing and fixing of aluminum sliding window shutter using shutter lock 40x18mm @ 0.630 Kg/m top-bottom 40x18 @ 0.380 and vertical 40x18 @ 0.493 Kg/m 5mm thick plain glass shutter frame, rubber beeding screw wheel shutter inter lock to its required after cleaning of all sections including gutter. The rate including the cost of all labour, accessories, lead, lift, transport charges etc., complete and as per the instruction of the Engineer at site.

Providing enamel painting two coats for old Iron surface including cost of all materials labour, lead, lift, T&P, etc., complete as directed by the Engineer at site.

Painting two coats with approved acrylic distemper over cement plastered wall surface and ceiling of the interior surface with approved quality and colour with through scrapping and washing the surface removing of dirt, algae, etc., including necessary plaster of paris, putty where ever required including all cost of labour, lead, scaffolding, etc., complete as per direction Engineer at site.

Providing and laying of flooring tiles using Kota Stone slabs of size 2"x2", 20mm thick of approved colour (blackish green) and quality over a bed of 20mm thick CM 1:3, including cost of all materials, lead, lift, etc., complete.
