Restraining/tightening of existing LT over head ACSR conductor of any size upto permissible sag in between existing span including GI earth wire, clamps, cradles etc. including new 2mm dia aluminum binding wire complete all as specified. Note :- (i) The contractor should give warranty for the complete fitting including its LEDs, Lens, Driver, SPD, Protection devices and all Electric/Electronics connected parts for minimum 3 (Three) years and Contractor should submit manufacturers warranty certificate for fittings for minimum 3 (Three) years in writting. Cont/-- (ii) The contractor should submit latest LM-79 & LM-80 reports (Test certificate) for street light fittings from NABL accredited Lab. The quoted rates shall deemed to be inclusive for above stipulations. (iii) All LED light/luminaries must meet the provision laid down in relevant ISs. (iv) LED light fittings is required to be fixed on steel tubular poles/PCC poles or swan neck swaged tubular poles with all T&P and accessories etc complete including making connection , testing etc complete. No extra payment shall be admissible on these account. (v) Contractor shall furnish a written replacement warranty to the department in favour of GE for a period of 3 (Three) years from the date of completion of the work. The complete documents regarding warranty shall be handed over to the GE at the time of execution of the items. For this purpose, contractor may obtain Warranty/ Extended warranty from the manufacturer for the above period. (vi) The warranty furnished by the contractor shall meet the reqirement in following conditions :- (a) Manufacturing defects. (b) Drop in lumen (or lux at 1 m) below 90% of claimed values of lumen of the LED/Luminaries. (vi) The consolidated rate for Srl Nos. 63.00 to 63.01 shall be quoted against Srl No. 63.00 of BOQ.ected.

Supply and fixing weather proof PVC insulated & sheathed twin core stranded aluminium conductor 10 Sqmm cable 1100 Volts grade (ISI marked) from over head conductor to street light fitting & including suitable size of PVC conduit ISI marked not less than 25mm dia & conduit fittings/accessories, fixed concealed in wall/ceiling including taking down old existing unserviceable cable all as directed.
