Cleaning and clearing the blockage of sewage lines of any dia, type and any depth, removing any type of blockage by roding from main holes or by flushing water with pressure pump complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking out of solid / semi solid sludge from existing main holes of any size and any depth and burying the entire sludge / sludge water into excavated pit of adequate size including excavation and covering with earth or disposing off into covered vehicles outside the periphery of defence land to a distance exceeding 1 KM including taking off RCC / Iron main holes covers and refixing the same after clearing complete all as specified and as directed.

Cleaning of Septic tanks upto and including 25 users capacity inclusive of removing sludge and sludge water by vehicle mount sewage cleaning machine an jetting and the sluggly sludge water is to be disposed off to a distance of 2 Kms outside the periphery of defence land including taking off and refixing manholes covers etc complete all as specified and as directed.

All as per Ser Item No 3.00 here-in-before but cleaning of septic tanks of 25 users to 50 users capacity complete all as specified and as directed.

Cleaning of blockage of EWC / IWC / Urinal / Bathroom / Kitchen and gully trap and removing of sludge / spoil / waste to a distance exceeding 100 mtr and testing of WC Block for proper working after cleaning complete all as specified and as directed.

Notes : For Item No. 1 to 8 : (i) Cleaning and Clearing / Disposing off all the sludge / sewage contaminated water in solid / semi solid / liquid state from sewage lines, manholes etc as detailed in above item No. 1 to 8 will be carried our during the 1st 3 months from the date of commencement of work order No. 1 and there after shall be maintained for blockage free and smooth functioning of all the sewage lines and related sewage items as detailed in item No. 1 above for a period of nine months i.e. the date of completion of contract given in Work Order No. 1. Engagement 01 X Supervisor along with 02 X Sweeper cum sewage drain attendant along with T&P required on daily basis for a period of twelve months for attending the daily sewage related complaints. The complaints shall be collected daily at 08:30 hours from the office of Engr-in-Charge by Contractor / Contractor's Supervisor and shall be got signed from the user occupant after clearing the complaints. These complaint slips will also be got signed at Engr-in-Charge office daily after the satisfactory completion of each complaint. No complaint shall be kept pending / unattended for a period of 24 Hours. Any damage to manhole covers, gully trap covers, CI assess doors of CI pipes any dia, PVC pipes / fitting, 'P' traps, floor traps during the process of cleaning / clearing shall be made good by the contractor by replacing the same by new items without any extra cost to the Govt.

Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5m wide not exceding 1.5m in depth, for foundation etc or for shafts, wells, cesspits, manholes, pier holes, etc. not exceeding 10 Sqm on plan and not exceeding 1.5m in depth and getting out in any type of soil complete all as specified and as directed.

All as per Ser Item No 10.00 here-in-before but depth exceeding 1.5m and not exceeding 3 mtr complete all as specified and as directed.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25cm complete all as specified and as directed.

Removal of surplus excavated soil to a distance exceeding 250m and not exceeding 500m and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5m above the starting point complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition / breaking of drain pipes (salt glazed ware, AC or reinforced concrete) set in cement mortar and taking out off trenches and removing the debris from the site all as specified of 150mm / 200mm dia pipe including demolition of cement concrete bed / haunching etc complete all as specified and as directed.
