Repairs to plaster of thickness 12 mm to 20 mm in patches of area 2.5 sq. meters and under, including cutting the patch in proper shape, raking out joints and preparing and plastering the surface of the walls complete, including disposal of rubbish to the dumping ground, all complete as per direction of Engieer-in- Charge. with cement mortar 1:4 ( 1Cement :4 Coarse Sand)

Providing and applying plaster of putty of 1 mm thickness over plastered surface to prepare the surface even and smooth complete.

Finishing walls with Premium acrylic smooth exterior paint with Silicone additives of required shade Old work (Two or more coats applied @ applied @1.43 Ltr/10 sqm) over existing cement paint surface (apex Ultima, weather coat all guard)

Painting or varnishing on iron work in small areas or wood work in two coat on previously painted old wood work or steel work including supply of all materials, labour and T&P etc required for proper completion of work
