Providing on hire basis LT Control panel with 630A SFU as incommer and 1000A Al busbar chamber and necy interconnection with appropriate cables as required nd dismantling the same at the end of the programme as per direction of EIC (for upto 3days)

Providing on hire basis of following switches and DBs(make as approved by E.I.C) on wooden plank board with suitable angle iron frame including inter-connection with suitable size of copper wire with proper socketing, earthing, attachment etc. and dismantling the same at the end of the programme as per direction of EIC (for upto 3days)

Providing on hire main wiring with 1.1 KV grade Aluminium Conductor PVC / XLPE armoured cable of following sizes including through wall/floor/pavement including dismantling the same after function/programme and mending good the damages (for upto 3days)

Providing on hire basis of 130 Watt LED PAR light fittings to be fixed with proper clamping arrangement to illuminate with tricolour light along in three layers with associate control cables and control panels as required including all necessary connection with proper earthing attachment and dismantling the same after the function/programme as per direction of E.I.C. (for upto 3days).

Providing on hire basis of LED automatic Surphee lighting set to be fixed properly with clamping arranegent for front decoration incl. control cables and control panels as required and dismantling the same after the function/programme as per direction of E.I.C. (for upto 3days).

Providing on hire basis of 280 watt automatic LED Surphee lighting set alongwith Gobo cut metal plate including all designing and cutting to be set with surphee light fittings to be fixed properly with clamping arranegent for front decoration incl. control panels and cables as required and dismantling the same after the function/programme as per direction of E.I.C. (for upto 3days).

Providing on hire basis of 20 Watt spot outdoor type PAR light fittings for garden illumination incl. all control cables and control panels as required as per direction of E.I.C including proper earthing attachement and dismantling the same after the function/programme as per direction of E.I.C. (for upto 3days)

Providing on hire basis of 20 Watt Rise chain of warm white/green or any other colour as approved by the authority/E.I.C (minimum 60ft in single/one stretch length) for buildings and garden beatification incl. control cables and control panels as per direction of E.I.C. and dismantling the same after the function/programme as per direction of E.I.C.(for upto 3days)

Providing on hire basis of 20 Watt SMD Strip of warm white/green or any other colour as approved by the authority/E.I.C for garden illumination incl. all supply & control cables and control panels as required as per direction of E.I.C. (minimum 60ft in single/one stretch length) and dismantling the same after the function/programme as per direction of E.I.C. (for upto 3days)

Providing on hire basis of Post top lantern for the grand stair including control cables and control panels as required as per direction of E.I.C. as required as per direction of E.I.C alongwith earthing attachment and dismantling the same after the function/programme as per direction of E.I.C. (for upto 3days) .

Supplying & providing LED tube light fitting (as approved by E.I.C.) on hire basis complete with 18W tube lamp and all other accessories incl. necessary inter-connection by 2 x 1.5 sq. mm. copper wire and dismantling the same after the function/programme as per direction of E.I.C. (for upto 3days).

Supplying & providing on hire basis following LED flood light fittings(as approved by E.I.C.) complete with bracket and clamps on the pole/wall incl. replacement of fused lamp, if necessary & inter-connection copper wiring of suitable size & length and and dismantling the same after function/programme as per direction of E.I.C (for upto 3days)

Supplying & providing 1 no Seperate 15/20 amp plug socket with piano key type switch with suitable size of MS/TW switch Board on Hire basis incl. providing necessary interconnection wiring with 3x2.5 sq. mm. copper wire of required length and dismantling the same after function/programme as per direction of E.I.C (for upto 3days)

Providing & Earthing on hire basis with 50 mm dia GI Pipe 2.5 to 3 mtrs. Long and 6/8 SWG GI wire with galvanized nuts and bolts washer etc. below ground level on hire basis and dismantling the same after the end of programme (for upto 3days)

Supplying & Fixing on hire basis No. 6 SWG GI continuous earth wire with / without earth clamp & dismantling the same after the end of programme (for upto 3days)

Transportation charges incl. loading & unloading of the above-said materials for Electrical Installation from agency's godown to Kolkata Raj Bhavan & back to go-down after the end of the program.

Charges for providing/engagement of 3 nos. skilled Electrician and 2 nos. of unkilled electrician in one shift for looking after the afore-said temporary Electrical installation with all requisite tools & plants, material and ladder to attend any fault immediately round the clock as per direction of EIC.
