Smothening of old & new external surfaces with sand paper removing of balck sots and matching of the newly fitted components with original shade by polishing the complete with french polish as approved by Engineer-in-Charge.

(W) TEAPOY VARANDAH (FD-255 & 283 for item No 123 to 129). Removing of old unserviceable top of Teapoy Varandah and supply & fixing new top shall be 18mm thick MDF Board duly covered with plastic laminated sheet 1.50mm thick of natural teak shade. Edging of size 19mm x 4mm of teak wood shall be fixed around the table top duly smoothed and French polished complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material & Labour for welding to any joint of steel frame of Teapoy as directed by the Engineer-in- Charge.

Removing of unserviceable leg & supply & welding new leg made of 18/19mm conduit pipe of 1.6mm wall thickness complete all as specified shown on drawing and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Removing of old unserviceable M.S flat iron and supply & fixing MS flat iron of size 490mmx 20mm x 3mm and to be welded with frame under the bottom seat complete all as directed by the Engineer-in- Charge

Supply and Fixing for welding support between to legs of Teapoy varandah with 18/19mm conduit pipe of 1.6mm wall thickness 750mm long complete all and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Removing the existing U/S shoes and S&F new rubber shoes of approved make/quality to Teapoy Varandah complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge

Material & labour for painting to steel frame complete with a coat of synthetic enamel paint (white) including removing rusts/cracks in the old paint and de-rusting minor rust spout complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

(X) TABLE 600 x 600x760mm (FD-95) (FD(FD-95 for item No 130 to 135). Removing of old unserviceable top & supply & fixing new top made out of pre-laminated melamine faced particle board 18mm thick natural teak shade (Exterior Grade) conforming to ISI provided with 4mm thick beading of teak wood on edges complete all as specified & as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Removing of old unserviceable leg and supply & fixing new leg made of Ist class hard wood (shisham) duly smoothed, size and shape as shown on drawing, as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Removing of old unserviceable frame long rail and supply & fixing new longt rail made of Ist class hard wood (shisham) duly smoothed, size and shape as shown on drg complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge

Removing of old unserviceable frame short rail and supply & fixing new frame long rail made of Ist class hard wood (shisham) duly smoothed, size and shape as shown on drg complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge

Smoothing of external surfaces with sand paper removing of black spots and matching of the newly fitted components with original shade by polishing complete with French polish as approved by GE (For table 900x600x760mm without drawer)

S&F new wooden bracket of teak wood size 100x100x25mm fixed with 40mm long screws to legs complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

(Y) RECANNING OF CHAIRS (FD-03) Recanning of different types of steel/wooden chairs I.e. CBA chair, CBBA chair, chair easy, chair dinning, chair writing, bin soiled linen couch CBB chair easy to match couch and stool dressing involving cane work with 2 to 2.5 mm plastic cane for seat and back as applicable and 3mm wide plastic cane for border complete all as per pattern shown on drawing complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge. Make of plastic cane: SHAH/PREMIER/PLASTIC. Note : Weight of plastic cane 2mm wide shall be 6gm per 10RM.FD Drawing No. FD-1105, FD-1108,FD-1107,FD-244 &FD-279

Removing old worn out cane plastic of chair varandah and preparing the surface of steel pipe of chair using sand papering and appling two coats of white synthetic enamel paint (1st quality) complete all as shown in drawing as approved by GE. FD Drawing No.FD-19,FD-359 & FD-259
