Demolition of brickwork or stone/boulder masonry/PCC block masonry,built in cement mortar or cement lime morter including all quoins, arches, pillars,etc but excluding ashlar facing, dressed stone work and precast concrete articles complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of reinforced cement concrete for roofs, floors (other than ground floors), beams, staircases, and similar suspended work including removal of all demolished material form site complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement plaster on brick or stone wall or concrete surfaces including racking out joints, hacking for keys, scrubbing down with water etc., complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling posts or struts (wood, steel or R.C.C.) in concrete or brick work or masonry ground any section, including taking out embedded portion and making good disturbed ground complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling structural steel work including doors, gates but excluding framed truss etc. complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of cement concrete in ground floors and pavings not exceeding 15cm thickness (below or above ground level) as in repairs complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling fencing wire mesh, any type and any size complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling wrought iron or mild steel work of any description complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Precast Cement Concrete type C1 1:3:6 using (20mm graded stone aggregate) as in solid blocks masonry exceeding 10cm in width and set in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering 15mm thick on fair faces of brick or concrete surfaces in cement mortar 1:4 including finishing the surface fair and even complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Preparing newly plastered surfaces of walls and applying two coats of cement based paint on walls over a coat of primer complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Broken Glass coping 25mm tnick on top of wall in cement mortar 1:3 complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F High strength deformed bars( TMT bars) 10 mm dia and over as in reinforcement for concrete cut to length, bent to shape requred, including cranking, bending spirally for columns hooking for columns hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire ( annealed ) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips complete all as specified and directed.

S&F High strength deformed bars( TMT bars) 6 to 8 mm dia as in reinforcement concrete for stirrups, spacers and binders etc. cut to length , bent to shape requred, including cranking , bending spirally for columns hooking for columns hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire ( annealed ) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for RCC M-30 (Design mix) (using 20mm graded stoe aggregate) as in foundations, including rafts, footings, foundation beams, plinth beams, bases for columns, etc. basement slabs, under-reamed piles and mass concrete complete all a specified and as directed.

M&L for Reinforced Cement Concrete in M-30 (Design mix) (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) as in walls retaining walls, basement walls ballast walls and like, any thickness, above top of footing including attached pilasters and buttresses complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Reinforced Cement Concrete Grade M-30(design Mix ) (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) as in columns, pillars, piers, posts and struts complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Reinforced Cement Concrete Grade M-30(design mix) (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) as in Beams, cantilevers, bressummers, lintels over 1.5m span complete all as specified and directed.

Use and waste steel formwork to sides and soffits of lintels, cantilever, RCC coping and RCC bands etc. fair finished surface complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation in trenches, not exceeding 1.5 m wide and not exceeding 1.5 m in depth for foundation, cable etc. or for shafts, wells, cesspits, manholes, pier holes, etc. not exceeding 10 sqm on plan and getting out in soft / loose soil complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated materials to a distance not exceeding 50 m and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 m above the starting point complete as sepecified and directed.

Returning filling including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm in soft / loose soil complete as sepecified and directed.

S&F rolled mild steel in joist channel angles or tee sections fixed as in main and cross beams purlins rails and fasternings and heavy bracket framing (beam, tee angle channel or flat sections) including distance pieces, cleats etc Fe-410 W (Gde-E-250) quality-B complete all as spcified and as directed.

S&F for mild steel work of Hand rails, half round or other stock section or core for wooden hand-rail straight portion, drilled and countersunk for balusters running bars, for doors, balusters, nosing to steps including embedding in concrete and screwing etc. wind ties for roof including securing bolts, posts and struts in fencing including cutting tops to shape as directed, drilling holes, notching for wire, etc. flat iron fillets (for securing wire mesh etc.) including all necessary drilling, bolting or riveting, etc., and similar work conforming to Fe-290 Gde E-165 →complete all as specified and directed.

S& F for Framed work as in doors or gates of angle or other section with gusset plates, rails, braces, etc., complete, drilled for fixing of steel sheeting or other covering, doors, etc. to be prepared for hanging or sliding with and including either hooks and hinges or steel hanging door fittings (exclusive of steel sheeting or other covering, running rails and guides) and hanging; also fastening and fixing Fe-410-W(Gde-E-250) quality-B complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparation of new or previously untreated surfaces of steel surfaces of any description not other wise described over 10 cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Plain Cement Concrete type B2 1:2:4 (used 40mm graded stone aggregate) as in walls or retaining walls, any thickness, size or shape including pilasters, buttresses columns, pillars, boundary pillars and posts (including caps and bases) complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repairs Galvanised, 2 strand, steel barbed wire 2.24mm dia barbed with 2mm dia barbs at 75mm spacings and straining and fixing to any type of standard rails straining bolts, including, securing or tying at crossings with and provision of galvanised mild steel wire, staples or steel pins, etc. (each line wire to be measured) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Restaining, resecuring including making good of existing barbed wire fencing including tying at crossings with galvanised mild steel wire, staples or steel pins, etc. complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F Concertina coil fencing with punched tape concertina coil made from high tensile spring steel, high corbon wire confirming to IS-4454 (Part-1) of Grade -SM duly hot dipped Galvanised as per IS-4826 with 230 GSM, 600mm dia 10 Meter openable length with galvanised coating and punched tape material as per IS-513, having 50 nos rounds per 6 mtr length (before streaching) having medium barbs (barb length 24+-1mm barb width 19+-1mm, pitch between two barbs 35+-1mm), spring core wire (2.6mm thick) of high tensile strength of 165 kg/sqmm with tape (0.52mm thick) and weight 43.478 Grams/meter and fixing to "Y" or Trapezoidal shaped angle iron brackets placed at 2.0 m to 3.0 m apart and with 6/9 horizontal RBT (Reinforced Barbed Tape) wire, stud tied with GI stable and GI clips to retain horizontal, including necessary bolts and coating with px compound (Anti rust) complete all as specified and directed. Note: Horizontal barbed wire and angle iron support shall be measured and paid seperately under relevant items of Schedule "A". Measurement shall be made for stretch length. (Stretch per coil 10 m) complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparation of new or previously untreated surfaces of steel surfaces of any description not other wise described over 10 cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for mild steel framed work such as grills, gratings, etc. with ends of bars shouldered and/or riveted, or forged into spikes, framed guard bars, barred iron doors, ladders; framed balusters, walk ways, railings, framework of water tanks and similar work conforming to Fe-290 Gde-E-165 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Plain cement concrete (1:2:4) type B0 (using 12.5mm graded stone aggregate) in coping, kneelers water throughs bed plates, kerbs and like including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating, finished even & smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed

M&L for providing precast cement concrete type B0 1:2:4 set in CM 1:4 louvres and jallies, 25mm thick (measured solid), inclduing all moulding but excluding frame complete all as sepcified and as directed.

M&L for prepartion of old painted steel surface of any description not otherwise described over 10 cm width or girth and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint on steel surfaces complete all as specified and directed.
