Taking down cement plaster of any description including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc all as specified and as directed by Engineer -in-Charge.

Rendering 10 mm thick in cement and sand mortar 1:6 on fair faces of brick work or cement concrete surfaces including finishing the surface even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.

Rendering 15mm thick in cement mortar 1:4 finished fair and even without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.

Rendering 5 mm thick in cement and sand mortar 1:4 on concrete surfaces of ceiling including finishing the surface even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.

Rendering 15mm thick (incl dubbing coat) on external wall surfaces (ht upto 7.5m from ground level) in cement mortar 1:4 finished fair and even without using extra cement as in roof projection/chajjas/facia incl soffit of chajjas finished even and smooth (without using extra cement) incl two coats of apex emulsion over one coat of primer, complete all as specified. Preparation of newly plastered surfaces of walls and applying three coats of white wash complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing) and removing rubbish off premises complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

25 mm thick PCC 1:2:4 type B-1, using 20 mm graded stone aggregate, including finishing surface of concrete topping even and rough as in levelling cousre all as specified.

75mm thick PCC (1:3:6) type C-1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in plinth protection laid in bays complete including finishing the surface of concrete topping even & fair, without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for Non skid ceramic tiles 7 to 8mm thick (Square/reactangular) area of each tiles exceeding 0.11 sqm but not exceeding 0.18 sqm, in floors etc set and jointed neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match Screed bed or bedding layer 15 mm thick in CM 1:6 complete all as specified.

Glazed ceramic tile 450x350x7mm thick (coloured) on vertical surfaces such as skirting, dados etc set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in coloured cement to match the shade of tiles over and including 10 mm thick bedding layer in cement and sand mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Vitreous China squatting pan “Orissa pattern” size 580x440mm white with integral foot rest (excluding flushing cistern and flush pipe) with CI ‘P’ trap of long arm of suitable size including connection to flush pipe, anti syphonic pipes etc fixed in repairs, complete all as specified.

PVC low level flushing cistern, valveless, syphonic action type, 10 litres capacity with inlet, ball valve float and handle with and including brackets & PVC bend pipe 90 cm long etc, supplied and fixed in repairs, complete all as specified and as directed.

Vitreous china wash basin, white, flat back, size 550x400mm including pillar tap, waste fitting chromium plated brass, chromium plated steel chain and rubber plug, porcelain stopper, a pair of CI brackets, waste pipe and pillar tap etc., fixed in repairs complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Hacking out old broken glass (any thickness, size, quality or description) from metal frames including punching or drilling out old glazing pins/spring clips and providing and fixing new ones glazed with oil putty fixed with beads complete all as specified.

03 mm thick sheet glass, ordinary quality and glazing with oil putty/wooden beads in square not exceeding 0.5 square metre in each pane complete all as specified.

Repair to balcony/Facia and soffit of chajjas etc by taing sown old rendering 20 to 25mm thick to match with the existing thickness in CM 1:3 and hacking clearly the edges and corners smooth and rounded for new plastered area exceeding 30sqm in width or girth including formwork up to height 6.5 mtr above ground level og bldg complete all as specified.

Pressed steel frame for doors of size 105 x 60 mm with one or more rebates including necessary fixing lugs, hinges, lock strike plate etc including one shop coat of priming complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S & F factory made 30 mm thick ,Flush shutters, solid core construction, with block board core and plywood face panels, one face is covered with 5 mm thick pvc sheet and other face is covered with decorative face veneer with lipping/frame to match the surface etc complete all as specified & as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Preparaing old surface (plastered or unplastered) surfaces of walls including cornices, pilasters etc by washing, rubbing, stopping brooming down with steel wire brushing and applying one coat of white wash on walls, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge
