E/work in excavation by manual means in trenches for foundations, drains, pipes, cable etc (not exceeding 1.5 mtr in width) and for shafts, wells, cesspits and the like not exceeding 10 sqm on plan incl dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms lift upto 1.5 mtr. incl getting out excavated earth snd disposal of surplus excavated earth as directed with in a lead of 50 mtr in all kinds of soil.

P/lying in position cem. Conc of specified grade incl curing but excl the c/o centring/shuttering. All work upto plinth level 1:5:10 with 40mm n/size. All carriage complete.

Reinforced cem.conc work in beams, suspended floors, roofs having slope upto 15 landings, balconies, shetres, chajjas, lintels, bands plain window sills staircases and spiral stair cases upto five level incl curing but excl the c/o centring/shuttring finished and reinforcement with 1:1:5:3 with 20mm n/size stone aggr.

Centring/Shuttring in foundation and plinth.

Centring/Shuttring incl strutting, propping etc and removal of form for suspended floors.

Steel reinforcement for RCC work incl straightening, cutting, bending, placing in position and binding all complete above plinth level cold hoisted bar.

Half brick massonary with common burnt clay (non modular) bricks of class designation 7.5 in foundation and plinth incl curing in 1:4 mix incl pilaster.

Details of Structural members: The steel structure for the shetters will be designed for the desired parameters the main columns rafters, trusses, purlins etc will be made out of rectangular steel tubes M.S plates M.S bolts/nuts etc the size of steel section/thickness of M.S plates size of nuts/bolts will be as per drawing or as directed byt EIC at Roofing: The roof will be provided with 50 mm thick puff panle of make liod/jindal mectecnal/modern panels of continuous panel system with outer steel sheets of 0.5 mm thick colour coated sheet on both sides and 50mm thick layer of CFC free close cell polyurethane foam of density 40kg. 2kg/cum. All the material required for structure shall comply with relevant Bureau of Indian. Walling: The roof will be provided with 50mm thick puff panel of make liod/jindal mectecnal/modern panels of continuous panel system with outer steel sheet of 0.5 mm thick colour coated profile sheet on both sides and 50mm thick layer of CFC free close cell ployurenthane foam ofdensity 40kg-2kg/cum. All the material required for structural shall comply with relevant bureau of Indian. Ceiling: P/fixing 15 mm thick false ceiling tiles at all heights with integral densified calcium silicate reinforced with fiber and natural filler false ceiling tiles of size 595x595 mm of approved texture, design and patterns having NRC (Noise Reduction coefficient) of 0.50 (minimum) as per IS 8225:1987 light reflectance of 85% (minimum) Non combustible as peer BS: 476 (Part-4) fire performance as per BS: 476 (Part 6 and 7) humindity resistance of 100% thermal conductivity 0.043 w/mk as per ASTM 518:1991 in true horizontal level on the existibgs frame work consisting of T section and L Section suitably fixed according to tile as per directions of Engineer-in-Charge. Flooring: P/laying ratified tiles in different sizes ( thickness to be specified by the manufacturer) with water absorption less than 0.08% and conforming to IS 15626 of approved brand and manufacture in all colours and shaed in skirting riser of steps laid with cement based high polymer modified quick set tiles adhesive (water based) conforming to IS 15477 in average 6mm thickness incl grouting of joints 600x600 mm size over 1:5:10 mudmat and 25mm thick cement conc flooring in 1:2:4 mix complete. Electrification: All electric lights and power fittings will be provided of ISI specification as required and as directed by EIC incl service line.
