Dismanting of damaged/worn out pressed steel plate of size 1.25 Mtr X 1.25Mtr X6 mm thick including tie existing water tank in staging 15 Mtr high, by cutting, removing, rusted joints, nuts, bolts, including cleaning and stacking, keeping in safe custody for re-use of serviceable one and damaged plates to be remove from site complete all as specified and directed. Each-12 2. Supplying and fixing new pressed steel plate 1.25 Mtr X 1.25 Mtr X 6 mm thick as in bottom/wall of tanks on 15 Mtr height staging including provision of new nuts, bolts, washers, gaskets, lead wool etc complete all as specified and directed including on coat of black bituminous paint (Drinking water quality) over a coat of primer to MS plate, angle iron, Tie rod, Gusset plate, bracing, ladder etc (only to internal surface exposed to water) and two coat of synthetic enamel paint over a coat red oxide primer after preparing old surface to the external side of MA plate complete all as specified and directed. Each-12. 3. Supply and fix MS plate 3 mm thickness for making roof/cover to the PS tank top portion including two coat of synthetic enamel both the surface over a coat of red oxide primer. (The item also cover the jointing materials such as nuts bolts, washers & drilling job for fixing the plate with PS tank at 15 mtr staging) including dismantling of old existing plate complete all as specified and directed.
