Taking down chowkhats or frame with shutter w/o taking off shutter from the frame area exc 1.5 Sqm and not exc 4 Sqm each of any tpye steel/wooden all as specified.

Taking down shutters of any description exc 1 Sqm and not exc 2 Sqm each

S&F factory made 35mm thick IInd class hard wood plain framed paneled shutters with (2 panel ) with lock rail and panel of 9mm BWP commercial ply or 12mm veneered particle board with commercial veneering on both faces. The size of rail and stile as per IS: 1003 (Part-I) kiln seasoned and chemically pressure treated complete all as specified.

S&F factory made 35mm thick glazed and skelton shutters open rebated and prepared to receive glass,gauge etc (without sash bars) edging of framing plain, chamfered or rounded with cut and mitred beads for securing glass etc. sizes of members of shutters as specified in SSR Pt-I, Section 8, Clause 8.24(a).

S&F 30mm thick flush shutter, solid core construction, with block board core and ply wood face pannel, commercial type both sides complete all as specified.

S&F factory made, solid panel PVC door shutter 30mm thick (style) consisiting of frame made out of M.S. Tubes for top & bottom rails M.S. frame shall be covered with heat moulded plain colour PVC `C' channel having a PVC sheet strip of 20mm width struck inside with solvent cement for stiles and plain colour PVC sheets for top rail, lock rail & bottom rail on either side & as gap insert for top rail & bottom rail, panelling of plain colour PVC sheet to be fitted in MS frame welded/sealed to the stiles & rails with suitable PVC sheet beading, and joined together with solvent cement, fixing in the frame at the site as per specification & drawing.

S&F PVC solid door frame of size 50mmx47mm made out of 5mm plain colour PVC sheet reinfoced with MS square tube, suppling and fixing in opening as per specification and drawing.

S & F for powder coated (50 micron) anodised aluminium frame for doors, windows ventilators with one or more rebates including joining cleat for fixing etc. complete all as specified and as directed..

M&L Powder coated aluminium (minimum thickness of powder coating 50 micron) for shutters of doors, sliding windows & ventilators including providing and fixing hinges/ pivots and making provision for fixing of fittings wherever required including the cost of EPDM rubber/neoprene gasket required (Fittings shall be paid for separately) with extruded built up standard tubular sections/ appropriate Z sections and other sections of approved make conforming to IS: 733 and IS:1285, fixing with dash fasteners of required dia and size, including necessary filling up the gaps at junctions, i.e. at top, bottom and sides with required EPDM rubber/ neoprene gasket etc. Aluminium sections shall be smooth, rust free, straight, mitred and jointed mechanically wherever required including cleat angle, Aluminium snap beading for glazing/ paneling, C.P. brass/ stainless steel screws all complete as per architectural drawings and the directions of Engineer-in-charge
