Earth work excavation for foundation in ordinary soil, light black cotton sandy loam and dry silt including shoring, strutting, baling or pumping out water wherever necessary and refilling the sides of foundation with excavated earth in layers of 15cm thick and depositing the surplus earth at places as directed by the departmental officers with initial lead and lift - 10 m (CBE DATA 24-25 P-7 ITEM - 1)

Plain cement concrete 1:2:4 (one cement, two M.Sand & four aggregates) mix using 10mm ISS gauge HBGG metal including cost of materials and all labour charges etc., complete and fixing broken glass pieces on concrete (CBE DATA 24-25 P-31 ITEM - 7)

Providing RCC post and Slab fencing by using precast RCC post of size 0.15x0.15m and height of 2.10m at the interval of 1.80m inserting between precast RCC post and precast Rcc slab size 1.80mx0.30m of 5nos in vertical 1.50m and thickness of 5cm thick,inculding cost of all materials and labour charges for fixing inposition etc.,complete (M.Sand) (CBE DATA 24-25 P-43 ITEM - 1)

Painting two coats with ready mixed Plastic Emulsion Paint approved quality and colour over a priming coat, including thorough scrapping, clean removal of dirt, etc complete and including necessary plaster of paris, putty, wherever required etc, complete as per standard specification. - 10 sq.m

Providing Cup-board Shutter with transparent glass of 19mm thick over which laminated sheet of 0.8mm thick fixed inside the shutter and 1mm thick fixed in the outside of the shutter using fevicol along with necessary furniture fittings, such as, hydralic hinges, tower bolt, handles, multi purpose locks etc., as directed by the Departmental Officers. The design pattern, water proof plywood, laminate sheet and other materials should be got approved from the Executive Engineer befoe use on work.

Supply and installation of Anutone (or) Euivalent Brand of Acoustical False Ceiling of subtex nubby, square edge, glass fibre core fully encapsulated ceiling tile of size 595 x 595 x 15mm having volume density 120 Kgs / m3, weight 1.8 / 2.4 / 3 kg / m2 which is suspended by using 0.3mm thick skelet trelis T15 metal grid system. Skelet trelis T15 metal grid system of 600 x 600mm module includes skelet WA15 W30 wall angle with unequal flanges of 15 / 19mm, length 3000mm, fixed along the perimeter of walls with the help of nylon sleeves and suitable fasteners at 300mm centers. Then suspend the skelet MT15 W36 MainT with flange width 15mm, height 32mm and length 3600mm, from the soffit slab with help of soffit cleat and wire rod with leveling spring clip at 1200mm centres. Skelet CT15 W12 CrossT with flange width 15mm, height 26mm and length 1200mm is interlocked into the pre-cut slots in the Main T15 at 600mm centers in the perpendicular direction to the Main T15. Finally, the skelet CT15W06 CrossT with flange width 15mm, height 26mm and length 600mm are interlocked into the precut slots in the CT15W12 CrossT in direction parallel to the Main T15 to result in 600 x 600mm module. The subtex nubby square edge of size 595 x 595 x 15mm shall be placed into the grid size of 600 x 600mm. Ensure arrow marks behind the tiles are oriented in one direction to achieve uniform shade. The systems to achieve noise reduction coefficient not less than 0.9 NRC, so as to have an neat appearance as directed by the department offices. The cost includes, cost of material, cost of labour, scaffolding, transportation, conveyance, etc. complying to standard specification.

Supply of Termite Proof/Water proof, Plywood 19mm thick etc., as per standard specification etc., complete as directed by the departmental officers.

Supply of Laminated Sheet 1mm thick (outside) etc., as per standard specification etc., complete as directed by the departmental officers.

Supply of fixing of 1 HP monoblock motor as per standard specification etc., complete as directed by the departmental officers.

WEATHERING COURSE CONCRETE using best quality broken brick jelly of size 20mm uniform gauge in pure slaked lime (no sand to be added) over the RCC roof slabs in the proportion of brick jelly to lime being 32:12.5 by volume and laid in a single layer and consolidated to the required designed and finished thickness by beating the concrete with wooden beaters of approved pattern keeping the surface constantly wet by sprinkling lime jiggery water as per standard specification etc., complete as directed by the departmental officers.

Finishing the top of roof with one course of PRESSED TILES of size 23 cm X 23 cm X 2 cm of approved quality laid in cement mortar 1:3 (One cement and three sand) 12mm thick mixed with water proofing compound conforming to I.S. at 2% by weight of cement used and the top pointed with same mortar mixed with red oxide to the full depth of tiles, complete complying with standard specification. (The rate is inclusive of red oxide and water proofing compound) and as directed by the departmental officers.
