M/O completed scheme under Nazul AC-II, Narela Zone.

Cleaning , desilting of peripherial storm water drain,of any width and all depth,including cleaning of culverts by any means i.e., manual/mechanical/supersucker machine, including taking out wet/semi-wet sludge,silt and malba ,rubbish etc( including any dead animal etc ) and its disposal for all lead and lifts including opening of drain cover etc, Cleaning of Bellmouths, and placing covers back in position after desilting the drain, removal of blockage , creating obstruction in smooth flow of drain in or under water / liquid mud including pumping out water ,if required in or under foul condition, taking all precautionary and safety measures at site including providing the labour with safety gears and All complete as per direction of Engineer in charge (The operation if desilting is to be photographed daily showing the orginal /status of drain befor desilting and cleaned/after desilting of drain). The de-silting of drains where wet flow is present shall be carried out by first placing a temporary roka/obstruction in the drain stretch between two consecutive openings to isolate the working reach. The accumulated sewage/water shall then be pumped out from the isolated stretch to downstream. During the de-silting operation, continuous pumping shall be maintained to divert and convey the upstream flow to the downstream side so that the working stretch remains workable. After dewatering, the drain shall be cleaned by manual, mechanical means or by using Super Sucker machines, as required, to remove silt, sludge and debris completely. Geo-tagged Photographs of cleaned Bottom Surface of the complete stretch shall be taken. Payment shall be made only of the stretches where Geo Tagged photographs of complete stretch is submitted. Note:- 1. All safety measures/precautions are to be taken while doing the work, no drain shall be left uncovered after desilting. In case of any causality, agency will be sole responsible. There will be no role of DDA in it. 2. Rate is inclusive of all T&P required for the work and shall be arranged by the contractor itself 3. The agency will bear all the challan made on a/c of non-cleaning of drains and creating foul condition, imposed by any civic agency/NGT and any other authorities.
