Survey, Sub-soil Investigation, Design, Construction, Supply, Erection & Commissioning of RCC Raw Water Intake Structure(Fixed type), containing Intake Well allowing at least 211.80 MLD Raw water withdrawal in 21 hrs pumping, Jetty , Electrical Substation, Pump House on Intake structure including required Pumping machineries, electromechanical equipments, appliances with all related accessories, 27.5 Km(approx) long Raw Water Transmission Main of minimum 1200 mm dia MS pipe with thickness 12.5 (min) , steel Pipe bridges, Jack pushing Works to cross rivers, Jhora, canals, railways, highways etc, wherever required for delivering 138.61 MLD raw water at proposed Water Treatment Plant at Fulbari from Intake well in the river Teesta at upstream of Gajoldoba Barrage on EPC-turnkey basis including 3(Three) months Trial Run and subsequent 60 (Sixty) months Operation and Maintenance complete for Augmentation of Water Supply Scheme (Phase-I) for Siliguri Municipal Corporation & En-route Rural Areas under AMRUT-II.

Cap.EX. iimplies Capital Expenditure for survey design,construction including all required supply, survey,investigation, design, testing,commissioning,trial run,quality assurance as per demand of relevant IS/tender,vetting from prescribed authority,obtaining pre-execution appraisal from technical authority of TIA, complete in EPC mode as per specified scope and norms, in line with the intervention & direction of the Engineer in charge.

Op.EX.implies expenditure for Operation and maintanance of the installed infrastructure, equipments,machineries and appliances for a period of 60 months ensuring smooth and effective run of the comprehensive system under the contract to obtain designed discharge from intake well and delivery of designed quantity (discharge) at inlet of Water treatment Plant at fulbari. Quoted value for Operation and maintenance (Op.Ex.) should no way be less than 1.2% of quoted value for Cap.Ex.
