Construction of embankment with approved material obtained from borrow pits with a lift upto 1.5 m. transporting to site, spreading, grading to required slope and compacting to meet requirement of table No. 300.1 & 300.2 with lead upto 1000 m as per Technical Specification Clause 301.5 The compacted thickness of each layer shall not be more then 200 mm. including Labour Cess but excluding GST. Approach Road.

Construction of granular sub-base by providing close graded material, spreading in uniform layers with motor grader on prepared surface, mixing by mix in place method with rotavator at O.M.C.and compacting with vibratory roller to achieve the desired density for Grading 1 as per MORD Specification complete as per clause 401 including Labour cess and Royalty but excluding GST.

Providing, laying, spreading and compacting stone aggregates of 63-45 mm sizes to water bound macadam G-2 specification including spreading in uniform thickness, hand packing, rolling with smooth wheel roller 80-100 KN in stages to proper grade and camber, applying and brooming requisite type of screening/ binding Materials to fill up the interstices of coarse aggregate, watering and compacting to the required density for Grading 2 as per Technical Specification clause -405 (2)A including Labour cess and Royalty but excluding GST.

Providing, laying, spreading and compacting stone aggregates of 53-22.4 mm sizes to water bound macadam G-3 specification including spreading in uniform thickness, hand packing, rolling with Smooth wheel roller 80-100 KN in stages to proper grade and camber, applying and brooming requisite type of screening/ binding Materials to fill up the interstices of coarse aggregate, watering and compacting to the required density for Grading 3 as perTechnical Specification clause -405(3)A including Labour cess and Royalty but excluding GST.

Providing and applying primer coat with bitumen emulsion on prepared surface of granular Base including clearing of road surface and spraying primer at the rate of 0.70 kg/sqm using mechanical means as per Technical specification clause - 502(I) including Labour cess but excluding GST.

Providing and applying tack coat with bitumen using pressure distributor at the rate of 0.35 kg per sqm on the prepared bituminous/granular surface cleaned with mechanical broom as per Technical specification clause - 503 including Labour cess but excluding GST.

Providing, laying and rolling of open - graded premix surfacing of 20 mm thickness composed of 13.2 mm to 5.6 mm aggregates either using penetration grade bitumen to required line, grade and level to serve as wearing course on a previously prepared base, including mixing in a suitable plant, laying and rolling with a smooth wheeled roller 80-100 KN capacity, finished to required level and grades to followed by seal coat as per Technical specification clause - 508 including Labour cess and Royalty but excluding GST.

Providing and laying seal coat Type C by manual means with 80/100 grade bitumen sealing the voids in a bituminous surface laid to the specified levels, grade and cross fall as per Technical specification clause - 510(III)(I) including Labour cess and Royalty but excluding GST.

Construction of Construction Of Subgrade and Earthen Shoulers with approved material obtained from borrow pits with all lift and leads transporting to site, spreading, grading to required slope and compacting to meet requirement of table No. 300.2 with lead upto 1000 m as per Technical Specification Clause 303.1 The compacted thickness of each layer shall not be more then 200 mm. including Labour Cess but excluding GST.

Earth work in excavation of foundation of structures as per drawing and technical specification, including setting out, construction of shoring and bracing, removal of stumps and other deleterious matter, dressing of sides and bottom and backfilling with approved material. including Labour Cess but excluding GST. (For Hume pipe culvert)
