Excavation in trenches in soft/loose soil n.exc 1.5M wide and n.exc 1.5M in depth (for taking out/laying of pipe lines) and getting out forming bottom surfaces to required gradients complete all as directed.

Excavation in trenches in hard/dense soil n.exc 1.5M wide and n.exc 1.5M in depth (for taking out/laying of pipe lines) and getting out forming bottom surfaces to required gradients complete all as directed.

Returning , filling in and including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers n.exc 25 cm thick complete all directed.

Removing excavated surplus materials to a distance not exceeding 50 Mtrs and deposited where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 Mtr. above starting point complete directed.

Taking up or down GI tubing and connection and stacking neatly for reuse and removing the balance material from site of size 20 mm bore complete all as directed.

Supply, laying, jointing and testing of ductile iron pressure pipe with socket & spigot ends having ISI stamping marking confirming to IS:8329/2000 in standard length of 5.50 - 6.00 meter of classification k-9 suitable for and including push on rubber tyton (gasket D-jointing) with cement mortar lining in the pipes including aligning the pipes inside trench as per IS:12288/1987 and testing the joints with required water pressure for size 150 mm dia complete all as directed. Note : (i) Excavation earth works shall be measured and paid for separately. (ii) DI specials deemed to be included in quoted rates.(iii) Rubber tyton gasket shall be of same make as that of pipe

Construction of Brick masonry valve chamber of size (90 x 90 x 105) cms (internal dimension) chamber depth to be reckoned from the top of PCC foundation to top of brick wall, including PCC 1:4:8 type D2 in foundation PCC 1:2:4 type B1 in coping, brick work in CM 1:4, plaster 15 mm thick in CM 1:4 flush pointing externally as the work proceeds in CM (1:4), MS sheet cover 3.15 mm thick with handle and locking arranging and angle iron frame of size (25 x 25 x 5 mm)including painting with two coats of synthetic enameled paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and shown in drawing (CEJZ/TD/819/91) complete all as directed.

M&L for Road cutting and filling(making good) with PCC 1:2:4 type B1 with using 20 mm graded stone aggregate complete all as directed.

S & F cast iron sluice valve, brass spindle, flanged ends PN-1.0 ISI marked as per IS 14846/2000 and CI operating wheel including gasket, nuts, bolts and washers for size100mm dia complete including taking down old one complete all as directed.

All as per item Srl No. 29 here in before but of size 150 mm bore .

S&F CI Non return valve 100mm dia flanged type and including jointing materials, rubber gasket suitable size nut bolts and washer etcincluding taking down old one complete all as directed.

Supply and fix Cast Iron Air release valves with two air Outlets, 150 mm dia and fixing up in cast Iron water supply mains including taking down old one complete all as directed.

Cutting of existing GI/CI/DI pipe of nominal bore 150 mm for insertion of Tee, socket, union, nipple of appropriate size and diamensions where required including stop leakage etc, complete all as directed Note :- In case of CI/GI/DI pipe line insertion of rubber flange necessary nut bolts and washers etc and run lead jointing. The same should be measured and paid for separately under the respective items.

S&F DI special and fittings for spigot and socketed pipes for water mains/branches lines such as bends (any type, radius and anlge), tapers any type (straight bend, increasing, decreasing or double socket etc), Tee pieces, single branch, 'Y' junction, double branch, cross (all socket or socket and spigot), collars, caps and plugs etc. suitable for pipe up to 150mm bore complete all as directed.

M&L for run lead joints for cast iron spigot and socketed pipes and filling of 150mm bore pipe joint complete all as directed.

M&L for run lead joints for cast iron spigot and socketed pipes and filling of 100mm bore pipe joint complete all as directed.

M&L for rubber gasket joints for falnge joint for upto 150mm bore pipe joint complete all as directed.
