Providing & fixing of windows made of pre-painted steel Double Rebate Windows/Ventilators (Base steel as per IS 513 of 0.58mm thick “D” Quality galvanized as per IS 277 with zinc of 120 GSM). Primer coated with epoxy primer of 5-7 microns thick, finish painted with a polyester paint of 12-16 microns thick and back coated with 5-7 microns thick alkyd backer. Section for outer frame should be of 72 mm x 55 mm, centre mullion should be of 72 mm x 50 mm, section for fixed glass beading should be of 12 mm x12 mm and section for shutter should be of 52mm x 25mm. Outer frame & mullion sections to have rebate for glazed shutters, fly mesh and 20 mm provision for guard bars/ grills fly mesh shutter section should be of 20 mm x40 mm. The sections are to be cut to length mitre joined with corner bracket. Centre mullions to be fixed with mullion cap, stay, handles 2 nos of heavy duty stain less steel pivot hinges shall be provided per shutter. The quoted rate including windows should be paneled with 4 mm thick plain float glass for windows and frosted glass for ventilator and S.S. Mesh for fly mesh shutter (304 grade). Rubber Gaskets are provided all around the glass. The above frames should be fixed to the concrete/masonry wall by means of 04x holdfasts as fasterner in each windows, Including 10mm square guard bars with 6” (152.4mm) pitch, complete for finished item of work including of all taxes.

S&F stainless steel door 304S grade factory made Box type hollow section 0.80 mm thick, size for vertical and top rail 100mm x 35mm, size of middle rail 150mm x 35mm and bottom rail of size 200mm x 35mm single rebated comprises wire gauged skelton shutter incl 2 Nos 150mm S/S handles, 200mm S/S tower bolts( 02 Nos) and 01 No 300mm long S/S sliding door bolt. complete all as specified and directed. Machine cut kota stone single piece18-20mm thick, laid and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including rounding/moulding of edges at tread and riser during rubbing and mirror polishing set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or colour cement to match, the shade/colour of tiles over and including 10 mm thick rendering in cement mortar 1:4, as in riser of steps,skirting,dado & vertical surfaces complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge

Dismantling of concrete by chiseling from RCC members like column , beam, parapet facia, chajja, ceiling,etc exposingthe reinforcement without disturbing the reinforcement free from rust by sand blasting/using chemical , apply a coat of rustolin to remove rust and acralic polymer on old rusted reinforcement proving at places addl reinforcement welding with existing reinforcement as directed wherever required binding RCC 50 mmx50 mm (10 mm gauge welded mesh ) & tack , securing with clips / blinding wire, welding & provision guniting pressure 2.2 to 2.5 kg /sqm with admixer 1 cement 3.5 of sand of thickness 25 to 40 mm including stripping floating with wooden strippers for proper dimension control neccssary form work & scaffolding up to four storey and including height of head room complete surface of guniting to be finished fair with 10 mm thick plaster with chicken wire mesh in cement mortar 1:4 with water proofing compound @3% by weight of cement and recron 3 S as per manufacturer instruction cleaning & removing of waste meterial etc and apply two coats of Dr fixit /pidilite/sika/Fosroc new coat ezee at interval of 8 hours cure for the surfaces complete all as spd as directed

The membrane has to be laid with LPG torch and overlap sealed and finished neat complete all as specified and as directed . (d) preparation of newly surface of APP Membrane and applying two coats of water based bituminious alumunium paint @ 200 ml per sqm etc etc complete all as specified and as directed. (e) Polymeric membrane shall be inserted inside the groove of parapet wall of brick masonry and shall be finished by a membrane flushing and sealed with paving bitumen Incl cutting of brick wall upto depth of 50 mm and finished with cement concrete (1:2:4) 12.5 mm aggrigate (f) The waterproofing treatment shall be got carried out by the manufacturer or their authorized applicators.

Supply only Liquid water proofing admixture complete all as specified and as directed of as per manufacturers instruction.

Dismantling water tanks and removing to store of water storage tanks exc 250 ltrs but n exc 500 ltrs complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for waterproof cement based putty @ 1 Kg(undiluted) per sqm. of average thickness 1 mm over the plastered/old painted surface of wall/ceilling (up to 4th storey with necessary scaffolding) after scrapping to prepare the surface even and smooth complete and sanding of the putty surface with mechanical wall sander (having mechanical vacuum mechanism) having RPM not less than 1500, sanding pad of 240 Grit or above to make the surface free from dust etc. by skilled labour as per following steps:- Step 1) Mix the putty powder by adding water as per manufacturer instructions and mix it with putty mixer with the mixing capacity of min 2.5 kg putty per minute. Step 2) Applying the putty manually in double layer on new / old surfaces of wall / ceiling and finishing the surface even and smooth in level without any undulations. 3) Allow 6-8 hrs time to dry the putty surface.

M&L for one coat of acrylic waterbased interior/exterior (wall/ceilling up to 4th storey with necessary scaffolding) grade primer @ 0.8 ltr(undiluted)/10 sq mtrs diluted with water in 1:1 ratio to be applied with fully automatic airless spray machine of paint application with a flow speed of min 1 ltr per minute having a pressure of 3300 PSI.Allow 6-8 hrs to dry the surface for painting of subbsequent coats complete all as specified and directed by Engr in Charge. .

M&L for Preparing the putty surface by sanding paper and applying two coats of oil bound distemper on wall/ceilling (up to 4th storey with necessary scaffolding) using Airless spray technology with max working pressure of 3300 PSI and capable of operating single spray gun with a max material hose length of 30 mtr the spray machine should be of reputed manufacturer with pro guard technology and capability of tracking pressure and paint usage and certified by paint manufacturer and as mentioned in PS and accessories for applying distemper should be able to spray in hard to reach areas and penetration of distemper on the surface complete all as specified and directed by Engr in Charge.

M&L for water based premium acrylic smooth exterior emulsion for approved colour (up to 4th storey with necessary scaffolding) with silicon additive excellent dirt pickup resistance with low VOC less than 50 AntifugalAnti Algai properties in two coat @1.79 litre (unndiluted) /10 sq mtrs diluted with water as per manufacturer instructions applied over priming surface with fully automatic airless spray machine of paint application with a flow speed of min 1 ltr per minute having a pressure of 3300 PSI.Allow 6-8 hrs to dry the surface in between subsequent coats of paint complete all as specified and directed by Engr in Charge.

M&L prepared surface of sunken slab and applying an avg 75 mm thick PCC M20 (nominal mix) using 12.5 mm graded stone aggregate mixed with water proofing compound with proper slope shall be laid to a slope of 1:40 towards spout on RCC slab and 15 mm thick Plaster in CM(1:3) mixed with water proofing compound on vertical/horizontal faces when PCC is still green. After laying of pipes, 2 coats of polymeric based chemical shall be applied and tested by ponding. After testing, sunken portion shall be filled with PCC 1:5:10 type E2 using brick aggregate (upto a depth of 0.45 mtr and 0.15 mtr at toilet and bath respectively) complete all as specified and directed by Engr in Charge.
