Grouting the joints of flooring tiles having joints of 3 mm width, using epoxy grout mix of 0.70 kg of organic coated filler of desired shade (0.10 kg of hardener and 0.20 kg of resin per kg), including filling / grouting and finishing complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.Size of Tile 600x600

12 mm cement plaster of mix :1:4 (1 cement: 4 sand)

18 mm cement plaster in two coats under layer 12 mm thick cement plaster 1:5 (1 cement : 5 coarse sand) finished with a top layer 6 mm thick cement plaster 1:6 (1 cement : 6 fine sand).

Finishing walls with Acrylic Smooth exterior paint of required shade :New work (Two or more coat applied @ 1.67 ltr/10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 2.20 kg/10 sqm)

Providing and applying white cement based putty of average thickness 1 mm, of approved brand and manufacturer, over the plastered wall surface to prepare the surface even and smooth complete.

Wall painting with premium acrylic emulsion paint of interior grade(Plastic Paint), having VOC (Volatile Organic Compound ) content less than 50 grams/ litre of approved brand and manufacture, including applying additional coats wherever required to achieve even shade and colour.and colour. Applying priming coats with primer of approved brand and manufacture, having low VOC (Volatile Organic Compound ) content. With water thinnable cement primer on wall surface having VOC content less than 50 grams/litre.

Brick work with chimny brick of RAVI/KAVI/ SHREE/A D in superstructure above plinth level upto floor V level in all shapes and sizes in : Cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand)

P/F aluminium partition in Door/Windows powder coated aluminium section medium gauge with 4mm glass / 12mm board ISI marked including fitting with clip, rubber as required with screws, etc all fittings and fixtures as required and desired by E-in-C

Providing and fixing precoated galvanised iron profile sheets (size, shape and pitch of corrugation as approved by Engineer-in-charge) 0.50 mm (+ 0.05 %) total coated thickness with zinc coating 120 grams per sqm as per IS: 277, in 240 mpa steel grade, 5-7 microns epoxy primer on both side of the sheet and polyester top coat 15-18 microns. Sheet should have protective guard film of 25 microns minimum to avoid scratches during transportation and should be supplied in single length upto 12 metre or as desired by Engineerin- charge. The sheet shall be fixed using self drilling /self tapping screws of size (5.5x 55 mm) with EPDM seal, complete upto any pitch in horizontal/ vertical or curved surfaces, excluding the cost of purlins, rafters and trusses and including cutting rain water guter of suitable size etc. complete.

Providing and fixing 16 mm thick granite Platform , mirror polished,premoulded and prepolished, machine cut for plateform, of required size,approved shade, black colour and texture laid over pink marble 16 mm thick joints treated with white cement, mixed with matching pigment, epoxy touch ups, including rubbing, curing, moulding and polishing to edges to give high gloss finish including providing and fixing of under cabinets with door of 16 mm thick ply board and mica 0.75 mm on front and balancing lamination on back and fittings of make Hettich/Haffle/blun. The partition of under cabinets shall be of pink marble of required thickness including all fittings and fixtures etc. complete

Providing and fixing 18 mm thick cudappa stone platform ,premoulded and prepolished, machine cut of required size,approved shade, colour and laid over 100 mm thick RCC slab with min reinforcement treated with plater, mixed with matching pigment, epoxy touch ups, including rubbing, curing, moulding and polishing etc complete
