SYSTEM - 1

E-26036.1 ANCHOR MOORING WINCHES #3 AND #4 - (MAKE: BLM FRANCE, TYPE- 35/75 T) ARRANGEMENT NO- 609.3330 (1) Gear Box to be dismantled and bearings to be renewed. All gears- teeth to be inspected. (2) Bearings for the gear case (Total -08 Nos.) are to be renewed. (3) Tightness of the outer race of the bearings in their housing to be checked and if required the housing is to be machined and a separately machined sleeve to be fitted. (4) Gun Metal bushes for rope drum to be renewed. (Total -02 Nos.) (5) Two nos. gun metal bushes for output shaft are to be renewed. (Total - 02 Nos.) (6) Output Shaft Seal and gasket for Seal Housing to be renewed. (7) Inspection and greasing of wire rope guide unit to be done. (8) 150 liters of oil renewed for gear box. Gear oil will be supplied by the vessel. Note : All the spares,materials,machining,consumbales to execute the avove work will be part of vendor scope.

E-26036.2 PROCUREMENT OF BEARINGS FOR ABOVE JOB: 12 (2 x 6) Nos. Roller Bearings and 04 (2 x 2) Nos. Needle Bearings are to be procured by the vendor for the gear box job.

E-26036.3 FABRICATION OF GUN METAL BUSHES FOR WINCH DRUM: 04 nos. Gun- Metal bushes are to be procured/machined by the vendor for the job. Size- ID 182 mm x OD 207 mm x L 150 mm

E-26036.4 FABRICATION OF GUN METAL BUSHES FOR PINION SHAFT: 04 nos. Gun- Metal bushes are to be procured/machined by the vendor for the job. Size- ID 138 mm x OD 155 mm x L 110 mm

E-26036.5 PROCUREMENT OF SHAFT SEAL FOR ABOVE JOB: 02 no. shaft seal for the output shaft is to be procured by the vendor for the gear box job.

E-26036.6 ANCHOR MOORING WINCHES #1 and #2 (MAKE: BLM, TYPE- 35/75 T & 35/60 T) Gear oil for the gear boxes of above winches is to be drained, gear case cleaned and renewed. Quantity of gear oil in each gear box- 150 ltrs. Note- Gear oil will be supplied by the vessel.

E-26036.7 FILTER ELEMENTS FOR GEAR CASE OIL FILTER: 08 Nos. oil filter elements APS (Size- L-6", Dia- 2", Material- Metallic Mesh-SS) for gear case suction oil filters of the winches are to be procured and supplied by the vendor.

E-26036.8 SHAFT SEALS FOR LUB OIL PUMPS FOR GEAR CASE: Anchor Mooring Winches lubrication pumps: (Total- 04 in Nos.) shaft seals are to be procured by the vendor and renewed.
