M&L for earthing with Galvanised steel earth plate electrode 600mm x 600mm x 6 mm thick burried directly in ground vertically to a depth of not less than 2.25 mtr below ground level connected to GI wire 4 mm dia as earthing lead by means of nuts, bolts and washers made out of galvanised iron mild steel and 32 mm dia GI pipe "light grade" for protection of earth lead and connected to test point or as directed including Pit in Plain Cement Concrete Type C2 1:3:6 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) and RCC Cover of size 450X450X50mm in RCC type B1 1:2:4 (20mm graded stone aggregate) reinforced with and including 8.0mm dia TMT Bars @ 100mm centre to centre both ways, Galvanised Iron Wire Mesh, Funnel, Galvanised Iron Watering Pipe 20mm Bore (dia) Medium Grade, including necessary Excavation in Soft/ Loose Soil, returning, filling in and removal of surplus Soil upto a distance of 50.00 mtr and all as shown in Electrical Plate No. 3 of MES Schedule Part-I and testing on completion, including taking down old unserviceable earthing complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for earthing with copper earth plate electrode 600mm x 600mm x 3 mm thick burried directly in ground vertically to a depth of not less than 2.25 mtr below ground level connected to copper strip of size 20 x 3 mm as earthing lead means of nuts, bolts and washers made out of galvanised iron mild steel and 32 mm dia GI pipe "medium grade" for protection of earth lead and connected to test point or as directed including Pit in Plain Cement Concrete Type C2 1:3:6 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) and RCC Cover of size 450X450X50mm in RCC type B1 1:2:4 (20mm graded stone aggregate) reinforced with and including 8.0mm dia TMT Bars @ 100mm centre to centre both ways, Galvanised Iron Wire Mesh, Funnel, Galvanised Iron Watering Pipe 20mm Bore (dia) Medium Grade, including necessary Excavation in Soft/ Loose Soil, returning, filling in and removal of surplus Soil upto a distance of 50.00 mtr and all as shown in Electrical Plate No. 3 of MES Schedule Part-I and testing on completion, including taking down old unserviceable earthing complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for Chemical earthing electrode advance encapsulated compound based CPRI tested maintanance free pipe-in-pipe technology upgraded (zinc & Alloy Coated), zinc coated (80-100) microns with pure zinc (99.9%) and alloy coating (200-250) microns, earthing system confirming IS 3034. The outer & inner pipe should be 76.2mm , 3Mtr length,zinc coated with additional special alloy coating 300mm on the topside for additional corrosion protection of the terminal. the annular space between the pipes being filled up with COMPACT FILL (CF) (crystalline conductive compound). the compact fill (CF) misture which is machine pressed in the pipes should not disintegrate or collapse when outer pipe corrodes. the inner pipe should be extended with terminals for connectivity, the job includes digging the pits and refilling the same by electrodite/conductolite back fill compound (Ground Enhancer), the BFC should be eco friendly, it should not contain environmentally hazardous material/metal having ROHS certification from NABL accredited lab. Good earth is to be arranged to fill the excavated pits by mixing the same with BFC 3 bags. including pit in plain cement concreate, type C2 1:3:6 (using 20mm graded stone aggregated) and RCC Cover of size 450 x 450 x 50 mm in RCC T ype B1 1:2:4 (using 20mm graded stone aggregated) reinforced with and including 8.0mm dia TMT bars @ 100mm center to centre both ways including taking down unserviceable earthing complete all as specified and directed.

Note for item No. 1, 2 & 3 :- Earthing should be carried out as pre IS-3043-1987 code of practice for earthing. Note for item No. 1, 2 & 3 :- All GI strip of GI earthing should be joint by welding process and all copper strip should be joint by arc welding process and the rates for the same shall be deemed to be included in the above items and no extra payment shall be made for the same. Note for item No. 1, 2, 3 & 4 :- In bad/ adverse soil conditions ( rocky, sandy, hard soil & morum) the earth shall be transported form another place to site and the rate for the same shall be deemed to be included in the above items and no extra payment shall be made for the same Note for item No. 1, 2, 3 & 4 :- After installation of earthing testing shall be done to the entire satisfaction of the Engr-in-charge and proper record of the same shall be presented with the bill.

S & F Thermoplastic weather proof empty box (IP 65) of size 300mm x 150mm x 170 mm, fixed on wall with provision of nuts, bolts, washer etc. including fixing of test point terminal block inside the box made out of gun metal or phosphorous bronze of size 75 x 75 x 25 mm, drilled and screwed including 3 Nos 8mm dia, 25mm long hexagonal head screw after taking down old unserviceable complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 20mm x 3mm Copper strip as earth continuity conductor fixed to wall on batten or recess or chases or buried in ground or drawn in conduit / pipe or fixed to poles or any other indicated situation etc including taking down old unserviceable complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 25mm x 3mm Aluminium strip as earth continuity conductor fixed to wall on batten or recess or chases or buried in ground or drawn in conduit / pipe or fixed to poles or any other indicated situation etc including taking down old unserviceable complete all as specified and directed..

M&L for 32mm x 6mm Galvanised iron strip as earth continuity conductor fixed to wall on batten or recess or chases or buried in ground or drawn in conduit / pipe or fixed to poles or any other indicated situation etc including taking down old unserviceable complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 32mm dia (light grade), galvanised Iron watering pipe with all fittings including taking down old unserviceable steel tubing and connection complete all as specified and directed.

M& L for Plain cement concrete Type C2 1.3.6 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) as in foundation, filling and mass concrete and making good distrubed surface including demolition old PCC complete all as specified and directed.

M& L for Reinforced cement concrete 1:2:4, type B1(using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) as in RCC covers etc including demolition of the old unserviceable RCC covers and use and waste of necessary form work complete all as specified and directed. Note:- The contract sum shall be calculated by deducting the amount shown in Credit Schedule attached to this tender, from total amount of Schedule 'A'/BOQ.
