S & F in repair DB box of make Sintex / Hensel or equivalent with 01 No MCB SP of 6 Amp fixed on existing pole with clamp, nut & bolt connections including removing dismantling of unserviceable pole box and MCB complete.

Taking out old concrete poles of 9M long embedded in concrete into bottom of foundation and Supply & Erect RCC concrete pole, 9 m long, 102 X 152 mm at top and 102 X 289 mm at bottom, class-10, erected in position all as directed complete

Taking out old concrete poles of 11M long embedded in concrete unto bottom of foundation and Supply & Erect RCC concrete pole, 11 m long, 152 X 152 mm at top and 152 X 260 mm at bottom, class-9, erected in position all as directed complete. Note :- Item No.9.00 and 10.00 excavation and PCC measured and paid separately

PCC 1:4:8 type D-2 using 40 mm graded stone aggregate including use and waste of form work of concrete for pole, pathway and stay foundation.

PCC 1:3:6 type C-1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate including use and waste of form work for pole coping.

S & F in repair Pin type porcelian vitreous brown or white insulator to suitable for 1100 Volt working pressure of size 100 mm height, 65 mm dia including one galvanised mild steel spindle, two galvanised iron washer and one GI nut complete including dismantling existing old insulator from position.

S & F in repair shackle type porcelian vitreous brown or white 1100 Voltof size, 115 mm dia and 100mm height including GI strap of size of 31 X 5 mm insulator bolt of 14mm dia, nuts and washers for working pressure 1100 V complete incuding dismantling existing old insulator from position.

M & L for providing OH ACSR conductor of size 6/1 x 3.35 Sqmm (rabbit) all as specified and directed incl stringing through existing RCC poles, fixing in insulators, jumpers with polythene pipe, aluminium binding wire etc complete.

Dismantling of MS cross arms bracing support clamps nuts bolts and washers etc and M & L for cross arms channel, bracing, support, clamps etc fabricated structured steel, sections, including nuts, bolts, washers etc and cutting to required length beat to any shape drilling holes, fixed on poles all as specified and directed incl painting with 2 coats of aluminum paint over a coat of red oxide primer after preparation of surfaces.

Laying only for XLPE insulated, armoured heavy duty electric cable with aluminium conductor, 1100 volts grade of cross sectional area 16 Sqmm 4 core complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Item should be supplied under schedule B store free for fixing

Supply and fixing of DWC pipe IS-14930, size inner dia 50mm, outer dia 63mm for cable protection in wall / trench fixing

Carryout Material / Machineries & labour or fault finding of LT underground Cable any size in case of cable fault such as short circuit / burn out of earth fault etc including carryout necessary hypot test by injecting high voltage complete all as specified and directed. Note:- The contractor shall excavate the fault location and shall confirm the cable fault all as directed.

Taking out LT UG cable from any type any core upto 16 sqmm

Fixing only of Integral LED Flood light luminaire 50 W and connecting up with twin core twisted flexible aluminium with cable connector complete all as directed . Note:-Item should be supplied under schedule B store free for fixing

Supply & Fix in repair 25W LED Solar Standalone Streetlight System of 2 days backup consists of Solar LED Luminiare, Solar Panel, Solar maintenence Free Battery, GI Battery Box and 6mtr GI Pole complete all as specified and direceted. Make: Bajaj, Model - BSZSL 25W or equivalent in Philips/Bajaj/ Tata Note:- Cost of suitable concrete foundation for fixing the street light pole shall be deemed to be include in the quoted rate.

S & F in repair GI pipe medium grade 40 mm dia, 1.2 m in length,bent to shape for fixing street light fitting fixed with necessary clamps,bolts nuts etc., complete.

Supply and fix 2.5 Sqmm three core PVC insulated and PVC sheathed multistranded copper conductor cable 1100 Volt grade draw from junction box / OH ACSR to street light fitting complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L preparation of old cement coated surface, cleaning the surface of the RCC pole (LT) above the ground level incl coping area with 2 coats of ACC exterior Emulsion paint over a coat of cement primer after preparation of surface including 12 cm black paint around the pole numbers/letters in white columns all as directed.

Restringing only existing LT OH line including dismantling of existing old binding wire and fixing of new binding wire complete. Note:-Restringing of 6 wires shall be measured as one RM

Surface dressing for removing of creepers on stay wires/poles not exc 15cm deep of soft and loose soil.

Cutting and trimming of tree branches 3 mtr all around of any size obstructing lumination of street light and touching LT / HT Over head line incl removing trimmed tree branches.

S & F in repair of Integral LED street light luminaire 120 W Epoxy powder coated CRCA sheet steel housing with aluminium reflector, clear toughened glass cover and accessories. Make : Luker Cat Part No. LST120 WH Complete or equivalent all as specified and directed .

Supply and fixing in repiar 25 watt integral pole mounted LED decorative LED post top with spherical shaed polycarbonate diffuser and IP65 protection and accessories all as directed. Make : Bajaj Cat Part No.BLPTSP 25W NW LED 25W LED Complete or equivalent
