ADDITION/ ADDITION AND SPECIAL REPAIRS TO PETROL FILLING STATION AT INS MANDOVI UNDER AGE (I) MANDOVI

M & L for preparation of surface with wire brush and removing loose particle & laitance, washing with clean water, cutting and removing damaged or hollow portion, sharp edges etc. till the mother slab, fillig the cracks and damaged portion with polymer mortar and allowing it to cure for 24 hrs, applying the first priming coat (Dr. Fixit primeseal or equivalent) by brush on prepared concrete/ plastered surface by diluting 2 parts of Primeseal with 1 (one) part of water and allowing to dry for 04 (four) hours, applying first coat of waterproofing coating (Dr. Fixit Newcoat/ Waterseal concentrate of M/s Krishna Conchem Products) without any dilution at the rate of 2 Sqm per liter over the primed surface, overlaying an open-woven fibre glass mesh of min 40 GSM and size 2mm x 2mm on the wet surface of first coat and allowing it to soak completely and immediately applying the second coat with a roller to ensure complete coverage of the fibre mesh and finally applying the third coat 6 to 8 hrs after the second coat is dried complete all as specified and directed. Note: Drying time between coats shall be 6 to 8 hours as per manufacturer's instructions.

M & L for providing 10mm thick plaster in CM (1:4) mixed with integral water proofing compound (at 3% by weight of cement), over roof top, surface finished even & smooth without using extra cement. Note: WPC shall be measued and paid separately.

M & L for chipping, removing carefully concrete work using low impact hammer, breaking without damaging the structure & cleaning and disposing off debris outside the premises complete all as specified and directed. Note: Hard concrete shall not be removed by force.

M & L for cleaning existing reinforcement with wire/ rotary wire brush, making the surfaces free from loose material dirt etc, applying two coats of alkaline rust converting primer FEOVERT confirming to ASTM-B-117 on the rebars, including cleaning the reinforcement, wire brushing to remove loose rust spalls, with time interval of 6 hour between the coats and applying protective coating IPNET-RB complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for rendering 5 mm thick in cement mortar 1:3 on ceiling surfaces finished even & smooth, without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for preparation of newly plastered ceiling surfaces and applying three coats of white wash complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for preparation of old plastered ceiling surfaces and applying one coat of white wash complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for injecting low viscosity MONOPOL (3-5cps) high molecular weight monomer by pressure and using mechanized injector gun with accessories, till nozzles refuse to accept the grout, including mixing of material components (Part a & b) in quantities as per manufacturer's instruction by weigh batching, grouting by maintaining the pressure at exit (0.5 to 1.0 kg/cm2) by monitoring pressure guage at exit, grouting the material through prefixed nozzles in the structural elements @ 100ml per nozzle and repeating the process for all the nozzles (beam and columns) complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for drilling and fixing Rohibb Teflon nozzles in RCC structural members, including drilling holes of 12mm dia, 50 to 100mm deep holes in structural members at intervals of 500 center to center in staggered manner and carrying out the work as under complete all as specified and directed. (i) Cleaning of holes : Holes shall be cleaned by air blower prior to fixing nozzles. (ii) Fixing of nozzles : 12mm dia Rohibb Teflon nozzles shall be inserted in cleaned holes. External end of nozzles to be machine cut to receive outlet of grouting gun. Nozzles shall be fixed inside the holes by applying thixotropic epoxy putty to ensure complete sealing. The system shall be cured for min 12 hrs. (iii) Cutting of nozzles : Nozzles shall be cut by chisel after completion of grouting without damaging structural elements.

M & L for providing and applying structural grade EPIBOND-21-LP prior to application of any type of mortar plaster confirming to ASTM-C-882-91 (Arizona Slant Shear Test) to ensure bond between old concrete and new concrete complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for building up the profile of structural members by using latex additives (MONOBOND) modified air cured mortar system (Polymer modified mortar) (1:5:15 = 1 monobond - 5 Cement - 15 sand) in damaged areas in 30mm thickness including leveling, profliling etc complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for providing and applying jacketing around columns with micro concrete (Molith-MC) M40 including lifts, shuttering, drilling holes and fixing shear anchor complete all as specified and directed. Note: Reinforcement shall be measured and paid separately. (Quoted rates shall be deemed to be inclusive of jacketing, formwork and micro concrete)

M & L for replacement of steel reinforcement with TMT bars of appropriate size where 20% of cross section is reduced including dismantling of rusted steel including application of rust converter FEOVERT and applying protective coating IPNET-RB complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement plaster on stone /PCC block /brick wall / top of chajja, or concrete surface of any description including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc and removal of debris to outside of INS Mandovi Area including filling of open joints with cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for rendering 15 mm (10+5) thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces in cement mortar 1:4 in two layers i.e first layer 10 mm thick and 5mm thick outer layer mixed with WPC as per manufacturer's instruction and finished surfaces even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed. Note: WPC shall be measued and paid separately.

Suppy only intergral water proofing compound complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for preparation of new plastered external wall surfaces, wall facia cornices etc and applying two coats of antifungal acrylic emlusion exterior grade paint over a coat of acrylic primer in approved shade and as per manufacturer instruction including necessary scaffolding etc complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down eaves gutters and rainwater pipes (any size or pattern), including all fittings, heads, shoes, bends, swan-necks, etc., including cleaning or refixing or removal to store complete all as specified and directed. Note: Overall measurement along the centre line over fittings and accessories as fixed shall be taken.

S & F 110 mm dia bore PVC (SWR) pipes, single socketed in any length with solvent cement joints fixed to walls/ columns complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of cement concrete of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for 100 mm thick cement concrete 1:3:6. type C2 using 40mm graded aggregate as in sub-floor, sub-bases, floors and pavings etc complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for sand filling under floors or in foundations including watering and consolidation complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for Machine pressed precast conctete interlocking paver block any shape and size confirming to IS 15658-2006 of 80 mm thickness, M-40 grade, fixed with grey cement and no pigment complete all as specified and directed.
