M&L for removing of old nylon newar from charpoy GI pipe and assembling of loose componet by providing required re-threading & supply & fix ply wood BWR grade (ISI Marked) phenol bonded commercial plywood (unpolished) of size 6.5'x3'x12mm thick on top of charpoy GI pipe with 12 Nos suitable nut & bolts chromium plated size 50mmx6mm to angle iron brackets size 25x25x10mm & stiffner size 900x6mm thick welded to long rail & short rail of charpoy as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. M&L for removing of old unserviceable plywood from existing GI Charpoy and tightening the loose componet by providing threading and welding existing engle iron brackets welded to long rail as well as short rail & supply & fix plywood BWR Grade (ISI Marked) phenal bonded commercial plywood (unpolished) of size 6.5'x3'x12mm thick on top of charpoy GI pipe with 12 Nos suitable nut & bolts chromium plated to existing angle iron brackets & stiffenrs welded to long rail & short rail of charpoy as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. M&L for replacing unserviceable long rail and supply & fixing of new long rail 32mm dia medium grade ISI Marked, 22mm threading at both ends of size 1884 mm long as per drg. Make of pipe : Tata/Jindal/ Swastic.

M&L for replacing unserviceable short rail and fixing, Cutting and making 22 mm threading to 32 mm GI pipe both side ends of UNSV long rail obtained from ser item No. 3.00 here-in-before and converted into short rail of 804 mm and fixed to GI charpoy complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for replacing unserviceable legs and fixing, Cutting and making 22mm threading to 32mm GI pipe one side ends of UNSV short rail obtained from ser item No. 4.00 here-in-before above & converted into legs of size 440mm long and fixed to GI charpoy complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for replacing with new hard wooden block of size 35x35x40mm with one side of the leg all as directed by Engineer-in Charge.

M&L for replacing of existing old broken GI elbow with new GI elbow 3 way 32mm dia medium grade ISI Marked. Weight of GI elbow 3 way shall not be less than 450 grams as approved by GE.

M&L replacing of existing old broken check nut with new 32mm dia 10mm thick check nut ISI Marked as approved by GE. Weight of ckeck nut shall not les than100 grams each as approved by GE.

S&F angle iron 35mmx35mmx5mm thick 860mm long duly welded to GI frame without disturbing other componets and painted with two coat of black Japan panit over a caot of red oxide primer complete all as specified.

M&L for preparation of painting to Charpoy by applying two coat of black synthetic enamel panit over a coat of red oxide primer on repaired surfaces and one coat of black synthetic enamel paint over old surfaces complete all as specified and directed by engr-in-charge.
