Fabricate, Supply,, install, testing and commissioning for replacement outdoor type LT Bus bar Chamber Box of size 600 x 600 x400 mm from CPRI certified panel manufacturers with powder coated painting made out of 3 mm CRCA sheet steel front and rear opening facility with towerbolt locking , pad locks - 02 Nos,Provn of earthing points - 02 Nos and four side slanting cannopy on roof top and mild steel channels with AI Frame (04 nos legs ) of suitable size as per panel manufactureres and height of stand not less than not less than 0.5 mtr in and incl TPN Aluminium Bus bar of 400 Amps Capacity for looping and branch connection the bus bar chamber placed on insulators with suitable Neoprene rubber gasket to make it completely dust and vermin proof complete including taking down old unserviceable main switch by disconnection old cabls carefully and set a side for reconnections of any type all as specified and directed by Engineer- in charge.Note:- The quoted rate is deemed to be included for reconnections of Incoming and outgoing U/G cable, terminating with new suitable cable gland and aluminium lugs including excavation,returning,removing, PCC work as applicable on site requirements complete all as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Taking out the existing old or burnt or defective LT Under Ground cable including loop of cable as undermentioned sizes from panels/duct /trench/loop etc near the sub stations/pole/buildings/panels including disconnecting cables both ends, tracing out the fault with the help of megger and other tests as per site requirement for following cables complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in -charge. Note:i) Earth work as applicable shall be measured and paid separately under relevent items. ii) Retrived bricks from site shall be properly stacked a side and reused as protection to U/G cable here-in-after. upto 25 sqmm 4 core

Cutting of bituminous road / floor for taking up existing cable / laying of new cable /relaying of U/G cables / GI Pipe / making good duct etc not exceeding 1.5 meter wide and not exceeding 1.5 meter deep for refilling / with material and, watering well ramming / compacting and making good with PCC 1;3;6,type C-1complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.Note : PCC 1:3:6 shall be measured and paid under the respective item of the work.

Demolition and dismantling of old/damaged unreinforced concrete of any description near existing cable trenches/transformers/poles / Panels etc of any type etc located at various locations carefully by arranging a proper supprt support to old poles / panels to avoid any damages etc, removing from site and making good distrubed portions near poles / panels etc to match with the adjacent areas in all respects per site conditions complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge. Note : PCC 1:4:8 and 1:3:6 shall be measured and paid under the respective item of the work.

PCC for foundation near existing transformers/poles/Panels/cable trenches etc etc of any type etc 1:4:8 type D-2 (40 mm graded aggregate) complete all as specified and directed Engr - in - charge.

PCC for road cutting portions, plinth, coping round / cylindrical or rectangular/square shape etc with a proper slope on top surface near existing transformers/poles / panels / PCC or near earth pit walls etc whereever necessary as per site 1:3:6 type C-1 (20 mm graded aggregate) complete all as specified and directed by Engr - in - charge.

Returning filling in including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers n-exc 25 cms complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Removing excavated soil to a distance n-exc 50 mtr and depositing where directed at a level n-exc 1.5 mtr above the starting point complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Supply riddled earth soil conforming to IS 1255 for protection of cables in trenches, spreading below and above the cable complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and lay B class local brick for cable protection, laid dry complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge

Relaying bricks as obtained here-in-above cable excavation for cable protection complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge

Supply and spreading sand in filling of cable ducts near panel in the sub stations etc complete all as specified and directed Engineer-in-charge.

Supply and lay pipe galvanised iron tubing light grade of 50 mm dia in trenches / near panel /near floors / near walls etc using GI bend, other fittings etc all as per site requirement complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Supply and lay pipe galvanised iron tubing light grade of 80 mm dia in trenches / near panel /near panel etc using GI bend, other fittings etc all as per site requirement complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Supply and fixing pipe galvanised iron tubing light grade of 100 mm dia on the hangar wall/ near panel etc using MS clamps, GI bend, other fittings etc all as per site requirement complete as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Material and labour for writing letters size of letter upto 1,5" using exterior enamel paint water proof as under mentioned sizes on existing LT Indoor panels / Outdoor feeder boxes located at various places based on present Incoming and Out going cable area connections duly checked by firm electricians on the ground etc in and including cleaning and preparing surfaces in all respect as per site requirement complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

All as per item No. 43 here-in-before size of letter above 2" inches complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Supplying and laying synthetic Rubber insulated mats 2 mm thick for voltage upto 3.3 kv for electrical purpose as per IS 15652-2006, (superseding IS 5424) suitable for electrical shock safety of sizes 2m x 1m complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Supplying and laying synthetic Rubber insulated mats 2.5 mm thick for voltage upto 11 kv for electrical purpose as per IS 15652-2006, (superseding IS 5424) suitable for electrical shock safety of sizes 2m x 1m complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Checkking of old and existing Out door LT feeder boxes of any size located at various locations, taking down old broken / corroded / damaged / dented LT Outdoor feeder box doors / sheets of any type / size from existing positions carefully in and including addition / alterations to doors / hinges as per site requirement with repairing, denting , machinining work, welding works, two coats of spray painting of existing colour to panel complete over a coat of primer as per panel site conditions and provosion of pad locking arrangements with AL Drop, pad lock of three keys etc for proper locking of doors / fixing of sheets complete all as per site requirement all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Material and Labour for finding 11KV HT UG cable fault / defect of any size from the positions accurately using cable fault locator machine vehicle including finding of cable route as applicable on the ground, transportation, testing, restoring of the supply in all respects and commissioning etc complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.Note - 1) Earth work from cable fault position to nearesst cable loop as per site and cable joints as per site requirement shall be measured and paid separately under relevant item of the schedule.

Material and Labour Cable jointing kit for 11 KV (Earthed) grade cable for indoor termination heat shrink type joint complete with jointing material and accessories suitable for XLPE armoured aluminium conductor cable of size 120 to 185 sqmm 3 core in and including disconnecting HT cable from both ends as applicable carfully, meggering, reconnecting cable after jointing testing complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Material and Labour Cable jointing kit for 11 KV (Earthed) grade cable for straight through heat shrink type joint complete with jointing material and accessories suitable for XLPE armoured aluminium conductor cable of size 120 to 185 sqmm 3 core complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Servicing, repairing and overhauling of LT Air circuit breaker of any type and rating as is what is basis on the site in and including replacement of non functional components, charging mechanism and all connected accessories, tightening of cable In/Out connections all as per site requirements complete all as directed by Engineer-in-charge. NOTE : The quoted amount is inclusive for all spare parts for switching ON/OFF,functional of charging mechanism and tripping mechanism of ACB in all respects and no extra amount will be paid in this regards.

Supply and fixing for replacement Adjustable MCCB 415 V 4 pole 100 Amps 25 KA in and including additions/alternations in the panel MCCB compartment as applicable as per site reuirements along with replacement of cable lugs/connectors complete all as per specified and directed by Engineer- in charge.

Supply and fixing for replacement Adjustable MCCB 415 V 4 pole 160 Amps 25 KA in and including additions/alternations in the panel MCCB compartment as applicable as per site reuirements along with replacement of cable lugs/connectors complete all as per specified and directed by Engineer- in charge.

Supply and fixing for replacement Adjustable MCCB 415 V 4 pole 200 Amps 25 KA in and including additions/alternations in the panel MCCB compartment as applicable as per site reuirements along with replacement of cable lugs/connectors complete all as per specified and directed by Engineer- in charge.

Supply and fixing for replacement Adjustable MCCB 415 V 4 pole 400 Amps 36 KA in and including additions/alternations in the panel MCCB compartment as applicable as per site reuirements along with replacement of cable lugs/connectors complete all as per specified and directed by Engineer- in charge.

Material and labour for Checking of Copper/GI strip or GI wire earthings of any type near all E/M installations using all safety methods carefully, tightening of all earthing connections, pouring water in the earth pits throgh earth pit funnel properly, after 24 hrs of water pouring testing of earthing pit using earth tester (The arrangement of earth tester is the responsibility of contractor), white washing to earth pit, marked/painted with exterior paint date of earth result checked, earthing pit pertains to which equipment etc and reading in ohms etc properly and enter earth details and results in the register duly signed by electrician in all respects complete all as directed by Engineer-in-charge. NOTE : 1) The job shall be paid twice in the contract period with interval of Six months periodcity. 2) Earth work, demolition of PCC,PCC new work, RCC earth pit cover and GI strip as applicable shall be measured and paid separately under relevent item.

Supply and fixing earth pit cover slab RCC 40 mm thick in RCC (1:2:4) type B 1 using 20 mm grade aggregate reinforced with 8 mm dia TMT bars @ 7.5 mm c/c both ways including testing arrangements and taking out old broken covers complete as per site requirements all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Fixing properly existing disconnected / opened GI Earth Strip 32mm X 6mm near existing earthings, the same fixed on wall / floor in and including nuts bolts and washers / soldering as per site requirements complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Material and labour for Earthing Complete with GI earth platee electrode 60cm x 60cm x 6 mm thick buried directly in ground earth pit not less than 2.25 M deep below normal ground level and complete earth plate connected to GI strip of size 32 x 6 mm by brazing only earth strip protected with light grade GI Pipe 50 mm dia bore from earth plate electrode including 20mm bore water pipe medium grade GI Tubing including GI Funnel,wire mesh. alternate 5 layers of charcoal & salt crystal including excavation in strata, refiling and removal of the excavated soil and depositing at the place where directed,PCC Pit in PCC (1:3:6) type C1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate , RCC (m) Cover 40 mm thick in RCC (1:2:4) type B 1 using 20 mm grade aggregate reinforced with 8 mm dia TMT bars @ 7.5 mm c/c both ways including suitable RCC Pit cover etc watering the earth pit to acheive earth resistance below 02 Ohm incl testing complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note :- GI strip 32 x 6 mm,GI Tubing 50 mm light grade upto 7.5 mtr deemed to be included in the rate quoted by the contractor. Location - For Sch Item No. 2,4,6,8,10 & 11 (02 Nos earths per each per panel, total = 6 x 02 Nos = 12 Nos earths).Note : (i) Quoted rate deemend to include necessary earth work PCC chamber, RCC cover, renforcement removal of surplus soil , site clearance etc. (ii) GI earth strip 32X6 mm , GI tubing light grade 50 mm dia upto 7.5m deemed to be included the rate quoted by the contractor.
