Material and labour for erection of steel tubular swaged pole 9mtr long with cast iron base plate, finial taper plug, bolts, nuts and screws as specified type 410 SP 31, including painting with anti corrosive paint internally complete and externally up to planting depth, alternative green & white strips of 30 cm height upto 1.5 mtr above ground level all as required at site complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down carefully aluminium conductor of any size from OH Lines (running on 9/11 poles) after unbinding from insulators for replacement of multijointed / undersize conductors or restreching the serviceable conductor complete all as specified and directed..

Restringing and restretching aluminium conductor reterived under item Srl 37 above including necessary binding with insulators using alunimium binding wire, connections of incoming and out going cables complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for ACSR conductor of any size drawn straight horizontal on over head lines on poles including binding with insulators using aluminium binding wire, jointing jumpers etc including connections of incoming and out going cables complete all as specified and directed.

Restretching aluminium conductor or GI wire on existing over head lines (running on 9/11 Mtrs pole) without removing including unbinding from insulator and rebinding to insulator using aluninium binding wire , connections of incoming and out going cables, binding with spacers where required, complete all as specified. (Note ;- For measurement length of each conductor shall be taken seperately.)

Dismantling cross-arms of M.S. channel or angle sections etc. complete and setting aside for re-use complete all as specified and directed .

Taking out from trenches or wall/ pole or pipe cable LT 1100 volts grade heavy duty , armoured with steel strip of wire , with stranded aluminium conductor of any size upto 35 Sqmm, any core , for rectification of faults or replacement. Seggregating serviceable cable and unserviceable length by meggering or any other suitable and recommended method. Removing unserviceable from site and keeping aside serviceable for reuse at same location or any other location complete all as rquired at site or directed. (Earth work will be measured and paid separately under respective item).

Supply, fixing, testing & commisioning of high-quality finless, MC PCB type LED Street Light with a minimum system lumen of 5400 Lm and system wattage not exceeding 45W with efficacy not less than 120 lumen/watt. CCT of 5700K with SDCM of < 5 and CRI> 70. The housing should be of non-corrosive high-pressure die-cast aluminum to with stand extreme environments. It should have corrosion resistant powder coating to pass NSS of 500 Hrs. with PF >0.95. LM-79 and LM-80 test report with 50000 buring hours LED life @L70 from NABL lab shall be provided. Product should be suitable for continuous operation (10-12 Hrs. per day). The Ingress protection should be minimum IP 66 with and IK-08 rating. Optical and control gear compartments shall be maintainable/replaceable . The Luminaire should have a 20 KV /10 KA SPD duly bolted in the Luminaire . The SPD should be able to sustain a minimum 15 hits of 10KA rating i.e. Total of 45 hits across all the three modes as per IEEE 62.41.2. The luminaire should be of Class B Serviceability. Seggregating serviceable and unsv items, Cleaning properly all serviceable parts by removing dust, carbon deposits etc, replacing unsv MCB,contactor,time switch of exisitng size/make, replacing old unsv bus bar from junction boxes, replacing unsv thimbles if any of connections and refixing the serviceable items and making electric connections incl fixing panel doors with nuts, bolts and washers and testing complete all as required at site or directed.

Removing all connections from high mast light Panel any Capacity or type for carrying out minor repair or servicing. Cleaning properly all serviceable parts by removing dust, carbon deposits etc, replacing unsv MCB,contactor,time switch of exisitng size/make, replacing unsv thimbles if any of connections and refixing the serviceable items and making electric connections incl fixing panel doors with nuts, bolts and washers and testing complete all as required at site or directed . Note: Replacing unsv items upto Rs 200 deemed to be incl in the rate quoted by the contractor.
