Demolition of PCC in ground floors and paving's not exceeding 15cm thickness (below or above ground level) complete including disposal of debris off the premises all as directed.

M&L, 100mm thick PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 in flooring using 20mm graded stone aggregate finishing the surface even and smooth without suing extra cement including necessary formwork complete all as specified and directed.

M&L, forming 20mm thick Expansion joints, filled with pre-formed bituminous filler and top 30mm primed and sealed with sealing compound Grade ‘A’, in concrete slab of 100mm thickness including sharp edge cutting of existing floor with mechanical tools, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L, PCC 1:3:6, type C-1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in drain, surface channels and benching including necessary formwork complete all as specified and directed.

Extra for forming fair finished drain or channel of 30cm inner girth in cement concrete, using extra cement including forms moulds mitred / stopped ends etc., complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down cement plaster of any description on brick or stone walls from any height including racking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc., including disposal of debris off the premises complete all as directed.

M&L, 15mm thick rendering in cement mortar 1:4, on other than fair faces of brick or concrete surfaces, in any height, finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L, Premix bituminous macadam (Consolidated thickness 75mm or more) with binder content at 4% by weight of total mix using Paving bitumen VG-30 as binder, by hot mix process and laid by mechanical paver, rolled and compacted to gradient and camber required using power roller of capacity exceeding 8 tonne and not exceeding 12tonne complete all as specified and directed.

M&L, Preparing existing black top surfaces of bituminous roads by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc., sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surface with gunny bags to remove all loose dirt etc., and complete all as specified and directed.

M&L, applying evenly a priming/tack coat with paving bitumen VG-30 @ 5Kg/10Sqm over black top surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

M&L, Premixed Bituminous Semi Dense Asphaltic Concrete, 30mm consolidated thickness with 5.5% binder with binder content by weight of total mix, using paving bitumen of Grade VG-30 as binder by hot mix process and laying with mechanical paver, rolled and compacted to required camber or gradient using power roller of capacity exceeding 8 tonne and not exceeding 12 tonne complete all as specified and directed

Cleaning the bituminous road surfaces by removing all dirt, scales of oil, grease and foreign material etc., and applying 2.5mm thick hot thermoplastic road marking paint by fully automatic thermoplastic paint applicator machine for marking of centre line, lane divider line and zebra crossing line etc., machine shall be fitted with profile shoe, glass beads dispenser, propane tank heaters and profile shoe heater and driven by experienced operator on road surface complete all as specified and directed. Note: Quoted rate shall deemed to include cost of all material, labour, machinery etc., required for proper completion of work. Properties of thermoplastic materials shall conform to section 803.4.2 of Ministry of Road Transport and Highways.
