Supply, Installation, Testing and commissioning of Necessary BMS Software & Network interface unit (UL Listed) for integration of automation stations to management level network (BACnet/ Ethernet / IP) routers with integrate this BMS, complete etc as required.

Supply, Installation, Testing and commissioning of DDC Controller for AHUs (Compact DDC with atleast 36 I/O per DDC for two AHU control and atleast 22 I/O for single AHU control which shall be UL listed / approved. The DDC controllers shall be provided with minimum 32 bit microprocessors to carry out required control and management functions which is Based on ANSI/ ASHRAE standerd 136-2001 (BACNetT), ENV13321-1 Operation standalone are as part of Lon Talk system network TP/ FT- 10, 78k Bits with Built in BACnet/ Lontalk interface of ETHERNET/ IP. Including lockable mounting cabinets duly powder coated with connector terminals and internal wiring and switching relays at I/O Ports , complete etc as required.

Supply, Installation, Testing and commissioning of Duct mounted combined Temperature and Humidity sensors having temperature ranges of (-35 Deg C to + 35 Deg C and 0 to 50 Deg C) and time constant of 20 second in moving air. The Humidity measurement range shall be 0 to 100% RH. Humidity measurement accuracy +/- 2% within 0-90% RH. IP 65 protaction, CE marked , complete etc as required.

Supply, Installation, Testing and commissioning of the Indoor Air Quality sensor. This shall be design for acquiring indoor air quality from rooms of air ducts with micro-processor based unit having slective photo acoustic CO2 sensor and VOC sensor having IP 54 protection and CE marking , complete etc as required.

Supply, Installation, Testing and commissioning of Differential Pressure switch. The switch shall be diapragm operated and have differential pressure range of 50 to 500 Pa along with 2 meter tubing for acquiring the differential pressure. The housing shall be IP54 rated. The pressure switches shall be available in minimum of 3 ranges suitable for applications like Airflow proving, dirty filter, etc. The set point shall be concealed type , complete etc as required.

The Humidity measurement range shall be 0 to 100% RH. Humidity measurement accuracy +/- 2% within 0-100% RH. IP 65 protection, CE marked , complete etc as required.

Supply, Installation, Testing and commissioning of temperature sensor shall be Ni 1000 type fitting with element having positive temperature coefficient. Temperature measuring range shall be - 50 Deg C to + 130 Deg C , complete etc as required.
