Demolition of Cement Concrete(un reinforced) of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L Hardcore of Broken stone/boulders gauge n exc. 63mm, deposited, spread & levelled in layers n exc. 15 cm thick, watered & rammed to a true surface complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L PCC 1:4:8 type D2 (40mm graded aggregate) as in foundations, filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for providing cement concrete with type D2, 1:4:8 (40 mm graded stone aggregate ) 100 mm thick as in sub base complete all as specifed and directed.

Pre-cast cement concrete block masonry with solid blocks with type C1 1:3:6 (20mm graded aggretate) , exc. 10 cm in width and setting in mortar 1:6, complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for providing cement concrete with type B1, 1:2:4 (20 mm graded stone aggregate ) as in coping complete all as specifed and directed.

M&L for cement concrete Type C-2, 1:3:6 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) as in foundation filling, mass concrete, surface channel and drains complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 100 mm thick PCC 1:3:6 type C-2 (40 mm graded aggregate), finishing cement concrete as in sub base all as specified and directed

M&L for 75 mm thick PCC 1:3:6 type C-1 (40 mm graded aggregate) plinth protection and similar work all as specified and directed, finishing cement concrete surface evan and smooth with using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer in charge.

M&L for 60 mm thick factory made chamfered edge cement concrete paver block of M-30 grade with approved colour, design & pattern as in footparth, parks, lawns, drive ways or light traffic parking etc., of required strength, thickness & size/ shape, made by table vibratory method using PU mould, laid in required colour & pattern over and including 50mm thick compacted bed of fine sand, compacting and proper embedding/ laying of inter locking paver blocks into the sand bedding layer through vibratory compaction by using plate vibrator, filling the joints with sand and cutting of paver blocks as per required size and pattern, finishing and sweeping extra sand of complete all as specified and as directed by engineer-in-charge.

Excavation in post holes(or similar holes) each n. exc 0.5 Cum getting out returning filling in and ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around in layers n. exc exc 25 cm watering and removing surplus soil to a distance n exc 50 m and making good surface as in soft/loose soil all as specified and directed.

S&F Mild Steel work in Tubular Trusses, Posts etc including special shaped washer etc complete using ERW or induction butt welded tubes confirming to IS - 1161-1979, Grade St - 240, Medium Grade of any dia complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F Plates (plain or chequered) channels, square cut or notched (ordinary and counter sunk) forming holes, without any attachment confirming to Fe-410 W (Grade E-250) quality A of complete all as specified and as directed by engineer-in-charge.

S&F Pre- painted galvalume aluminum zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws as specified complete all as manufacturers instruction and as directed.

M & L for applying Two coats of 100% Premium acrylic emulsion paint having VOC less than 50 gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, Alkali & fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of WHITE Color with silicon additives @ 1.43 litre/ 10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/ 10 sqm over new surfaces complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge. Surface excavation not exceeding 30cm deep and averaging 15cm deep and getting out in soft/loose of soil of complete all as specified and as directed.

Excavating in trenches, n exc 1.5 m wide and n exc 1.5m in depth; for foundation, etc. or for shafts, wells, cesspits, manholes, pier holes, etc. n exc 10 sqm on plan and n exc 1.5 m in depth and getting out in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer in charge.

Excavation in trenches n.exc 1.5m wide and n.exc 1.5 m depth for drain and getting out in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and directed

Removing excavated material n exc 50 m and depositing where directed at a level n exc 1.5m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

Material and Labour for Heavy Duty Parking tiles 600 x 600mm, 15 mm thick set, jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry in floors with grey cement and no pigment laid over 15mm thick screed bed in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

Material & Labour for providing and fixing stainless steel (Grade 304) railing made of hollow tubes, channels, plates etc., including welding, grinding, buffing, polishing and making curvature (where ever required) and fitting the same with necessary stainless steel nuts and bolts complete, including fixing the railing with necessary accessories & stainless steel dash fasteners, stainless steel bolts etc., of required size, on the top of floor or the side of waist slab with suitable arrangement of complete all as specified and as directed by engineer-in-charge.

M & L for RCC M-30 Design Mix as in foundations, including rafts, footings, foundation beams; plinth beams; bases for columns, etc.; basement slabs, under-reamed piles and mass concrete all as specified.
