Earth work excavation in all kinds of soil including sand, silt, wet sand under water, black cotton, stiff black cotton, clay, hard stiff clay, hard red earth, murram, stoney earth, gravel and shales etc. excepting all kinds of rock and boulders exceeding 0.014 c.u.m. in volume including rough dressing and dumping the excavated materials away from work site manually within 50m initial lead and 2m initial lift as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Cement concrete 1:4:8 (one cement, foursand and eight aggregate) using 40mm hardbroken granite stone jelly for foundationincluding dewatering if found necessary andlaid in layers of not more than 15 cm thickand compacted etc.,complete complying witstandard specification.

Supply and erecting shuttering including necessary supports for plane surfaces such as RCC column footing, plinth beam, stair case etc., in all floors using mild steel sheets of 90cmx60cm and 10 gauge stiffened with welded mild steel angle for boarding supported by casurina props at suitable intervals etc., completed complying with standard specification and as directed.

Supplying and filling in basement with Filling with Quarry Rubbish including watering and consolidation in layers of not more than 15cm thick well rammed watered and compacted etc., complete complying with standard specification.

Supplying, Fabricating and placing in position mild steel or deformed steel bars for all reinforced cement concrete items of work including cost of steel transporting straightening cutting, bending, cranking binding welding etc. Including cost of binding wire MS.chairs laps to fix the reinforcement in all positions, all labour and materials complete complying with standard specifications and drawings and as directed by the departmental Engineers

Reinforced Cement concrete 1:1.5 :3 (one cement, one and half sand & three course aggregate) using 20mm gauge hand broken/ and broken granite stone for all RCC items of works excluding centering shuttering and cost of reinforcement but including curing etc.,complete and also including fixing fan clamps and fixtures in rcc works wherever necessary as directed by departmental officer

BRICK WORK in cement mortar 1:5 (one cement and five sand) using best quality of second class (Table molded chamber burnt ) bricks of size 9"x4 ½"x3" for the following including curing etc., complete complying with standard specifications. (Masonry projections wherever necessary for obtaining the required elevation shall be done without extra cost.

PLASTERING with cement mortar 1:3(one cement and Three sand by volume) 12mm thick for all internal/external surfaces like super structure, rainwater, ducts, elevation in all floors complying with standard specifications.

PLASTERING with cement mortar 1:5(one cement and five sand by volume) 12mm thick for all internal/external surfaces like super structure, rainwater, ducts, elevation in all floors complying with standard specifications.

Supply and fixing of mild steel door using all round "L" angle 25X25X6mm thick,cross bracing 20X6mmM.S.Flat and 20mm sq rod ,with necessary locking arrangements including cost and conveyance etc.,
