M&L for complete removal of existing treatment by scrapping with mechanical wall sander (having mechanical vacuum mechanism) having RPM not less than 1500, sanding pad of 80 Grit having dia of 7"/9" to make the surface free from dust, loose paint etc. by skilled labour complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 2-3 mm thick wall care cement based water proof putty on walls to prepare the surface even and smooth and filling the cracks, holes etc complete and sanding of the puttied surface with mechanical wall sander to make the surface free from dust etc complete all as specified and directed.

Material & Labour for applying Two or more coats of 100% Premium acrylic emulsion paint having VOC less than 50 gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, Alkali & fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (Company Depot Tinted) with silicon additives @ 1.43 litre/ 10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/ 10 sqm over new surfaces. complete all as specified and as directed. NOTE : 1. Application of Primer & emulsion to be carried out through air less spray machine (Mechanical means) and existing fittings, fixtures, window panes, joineries, floors etc. shall be cleaned after application of primer & emulsion. 2. Wall care putty (if required at site before application of above painting in certain portion ) shall be done and same shall be measured and paid seperately under serial item No 02. 3. The work of applying exterior emulsion paint including filling of wall cracks and making the surface even & smooth shall be carried out as per manufacturer's specifications. 4. A Guarantee of 5 yrs from the certified date of completion for the effectivness of exterior acrylic emulsion weather coat paint shall be submitted by the manufacturer and contractor. 5. A Security deposit @ 2.5 % of the amount of treatment shall be deposited by the contractor for the entire guarantee period i.e. 5 yrs in the form of FDR in favour of AGE 6. During the guarantee period if exterior acrylic emulsion weather coat paint gets removed or becomes layered contractor shall rectify or replace (at his option) defective materials at his own expences, when called upon in writing to do so by the AGE. Condition 46 of IAFW-2249 (defect liability period) for the guarantee period shall be deemed amended accordingly for the work.

Supply only Integral water proofing compound complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement plaster from brick or concrete surface incl raking out joints hacking for key and scrubbing down with water complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering 10 mm thick on brick or concrete surfaces or surface other than fair faces of brick work in cement plaster 1:6, finished even and smooth w/o using extra cement all as specified and directed

M&L for preparing of newly plastered surface of walls and applying one layer of white putty and two coats of oil bound distemper over a coat of compatible primer etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering 15 mm thick in two layers over brick work or concrete surfaces, 10mm thick in cement plaster 1:4 backing coat and 5mm thick in cement plaster 1: 4 mixed with WPC complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down eaves gutters and rainwater pipes (any size or pattern), including all fittings,heads, shoes, bends, swan-necks,etc., including cleaning or refixing or removal to Store complete all as specified and directed. (measured overall as fixed along the centre line over fittings and accessories)

S&F 110mm dia PVC (SWR) pipe and single socketed in any length with rubber ring joint in floors or fixed to walls complete fittings incl clamps, bends, coupler,tee elbow etc required complete all as spd nd directed.
