Supplying, installation, testing and commissioning of 01 No. 60 HP / 45 KW, 3-Phase, 4 - pole, 415 Volts ± 10 %, 50 Hz ± 5 % designed to run at 1500 RPM, with IP55 enclosure, 'F' Class insulation and temperature rise limit upto class 'B' and has to be totally enclosed fan cooled squirrel cage induction motor, similar to Kirloskar / Crompton Greaves make. This motor has to be coupled with existing horizontal centrifugal water pump by supplying and installation of base frame, coupling assembly, coupling gaurd, etc. as required.

Supplying and fixing 75 HP fully automatic Star - Delta starter with relay range of 45 A to 75 A in sheet -steel enclosure with single phase protection similar to L&T Make , Model - MN 65 FASD, Cat No. SS94022 with all accessories etc. as required.

Supplying and fixing of 125 A, 415V capacity. TPN switch disconnector fuse unit suitable for HRC fuse link with sheet steel enclosure , connections, earthing etc. as required.

Supplying and laying of following size DWC HDPE pipe ISI marked along with all accessories like socket, bend, couplers etc.conforming to IS 14930, Part II complete with fitting and cutting,jointing etc. in the existing trench, complete as required.

63 mm dia (OD-63 mm & ID-51 mm nominal)

Spplying and drawing 6 X 35 Sq.mm, HRFR PVC insulated copper conductor, single core cable in the existing DWC HDPE pipe as required.

Supplying of following size of PVC insulated and PVC Sheathed/ XLPE Armoured 1.1 KV grade Aluminium conductor cable conforming to IS:7908 (Part - I ) 1988.

400 Sq.mm, 3.5 - Core

Spplying and drawing 6 X 400 Sq.mm, 1 - Coreof PVC insulated and PVC Sheathed/ XLPE Un - Armoured 1.1 KV grade Aluminium conductor cable conforming to IS:7908 (Part - I ) 1988 in the existing DWC HDPE pipe as required.

Supplying and laying of following size DWC HDPE pipe ISI marked along with all accessories like socket, bend, couplers etc. conforming to IS 14930, Part II complete with fitting and cutting, jointing etc.direct in ground (75 cm below ground level) including excavation and refilling the trench but excluding sand cushioning and protective covering etc., complete as required.

90 mm dia (OD-90 mm & ID-76 mm nominal)

Laying of one number PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE power cable of 1.1 KV grade of following size in the existing RCC/ HUME/ METAL pipe as required.

a). Above 185 sq. mm and upto 400 sq. mm

Laying and fixing of one number PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE power cable of 1.1 KV grade of following size on wall surface as required.

Above 185 sq. mm and upto 400 sq. mm (clamped with 40x3mm MS flat clamp)
