Taking down cement plaster on brick walls etc including raking out joints hacking for key scrubbing down with water etc removing rubbish off the outside MOD land complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of Loose concrete cover from celing surface (including staircase ceiling) and vertical wall surface including derusting of steel reinforcement and preparing the surface by cleaning dirt etc and applying chemical admixture over reinforcement and plastering the surface in two layer using chicken wire mesh before applying first layer. First layer of rendering is done upto surface of existing surface of concrete in CM 1:3 and second layer 10mm thick rendering in CM 1:3 complete all as specified and directed. Note : 1. Rate quoted shall be inclusive of all scaffolding, props and shuttering, chicken wire mesh, chemical admixture and other T&P. 2. For working in qtrs plastering shall be done in phase manner to avoid vacation of qtrs.

Dismantling loose concrete cover of RCC coloums, beams slabs, Chajjas, and the like as directed, roughening and cleaning concrete surfaces with steel wire brushes, washed with water and allowed to dry, including dusting of steel reinforcement, providing fabric mild steel wire mesh 75 mm x 75 mm of 2 mm dia as reinforcement to concrete surfaces, applying adhesive/admixture over steel mesh and providing 25 mm thick (average thickness) (using 1 part of ordinary portland cement 53 grade and 3 parts of ghaggar sand mixed with adhesive/admixture at the rate as per manufacturers instruction or 3% by wt of cement all as directed and surfaces finished even and fair, including avg 10mm thick plaster in cement mortar 1:4, necessary padding, steel scaffolding and shuttering for working platformm/formwork etc complete all as directed. Note (i) Whereever steel reinforcement bars are required to be provided the same shall be measured and paid separately under relevant items. (ii) Before placing the additional reinforcement all concrete surfaces shall be thoroughly scrubbed with brushes, washed with water and alllow to dry. To this prepared surface apply chemistic plycrete admisture at the rate of 3% by weight of cement or all as per manufacturers instructions. (iii) Cost of the above aspects shall be deemed to be included in the quoted rate of the respective item and nothing extra shall be paid on any account.

S&F for TMT Mild steel bars 10mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of brick work built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars etc. removing rubbish off the outside MOD land complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for brick work with sub class 'B' straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius and built in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

All as per srl item No 6 above but except brick complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Brick work with sub class 'B' brick staight or curved on plan to any radious in half brick thick wall built in CM 1:6 etc complete all as specificed and directed.

M&L for rough cast finish plaster i.e. applying the under coat of cement and sand mortar 1:3 not less than 10mm thick and while it is still in plastic state the rough cast mixture consisiting of crushed stone or fine gravel aggregate (which is generally of size between 6 to 12mm depending on the texture required) mixed with coarse sand and cement in the ratio of 1 : 1 : 1 shall be applied and finished even complete all as specificed and directed.

M&L for 15mm thick rendering on concrete surface/brick surface in cement mortar (1:4) surface finished even and fair without using extra cement and with using WPC @ 2% by weight of cement complete all as specified and directed. Note :- WPC will be measure and paid seperately.

Supply only integral water proofing compound complete all as specified and directed.

M&L rendering 15mm thick cement plaster in cement mortar (1:6) finished even & smooth without using extra cement on brick/concrete surfaces complete all specified and directed.

M&L 5mm thick rendering in CM 1:3 of ceiling finished fair even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specificed and directed.

M&L for applying two coat of cement base paint over a coat of primer complete all as specified and directed. Note : Colour / shade as approved by Engr in charge.

M&L for framed work for chajja with gusset plates, rails, braces and similar work etc and including Cutting holes into brick walls built in cement mortar superficial area n exc 150 sqcm and making good in CM 1:3 or cement concrete 1:2:4 type B1 and drilled for fixing of steel sheeting or other covering. confirming to Fe 410-W (Gde-E-250) quality 'A' complete all as specified and directed.

S&F for sun shade Pre- painted galvalume aluminum zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50mm thick of any colour as approved having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall/chajja, fixed with self tapping screws as specified and including cutting chasing of wall, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F mild steel, plain, black sheet 1.00mm thick in wall cladding, steel gates and similar work, cut to size, holes punched; including round headed screws, clout nails or rivets and fixed to wood or steel framing with plain 40 mm lap joints with riveted or welded seams, including bending or turning up, mitred angles, etc. as required complete all as spedified and directed

S&F factory made RCC GT Cover of Size 400mm x 500mmx 50mm thick or as per site requirement with 01 No handle and 150mm dia notch at one side of cover at center at 400mm long side complete all as specfied and directed.

S&F in repairs 100 mm PVC pipe in any length with or without ears with connecting joints laid in trenches or in floor from GT to 1st manhole and WC to 1st manhole complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair steel rolling shutters 1.00mm thick including top cover, anchoring rod, hasp and staple erection in position as indicated complete, gear operated type with bevel gear box and crank handle including guide rail, hood cover, MS pipe, spring, lock plate and necessary fittings and fixtures including all necesssary arrangements complete all as specified and directed. Note : Painting shall be measured and paid for separately.

M&L for cleaning, greasing, oiling of moving parts of Rolling shutters by removing hood cover, repair of helical spring, area exc 10 sqm but n exc 20 sqm each for smooth function of the rolling shutter to the entire satisfaction of Engr-in-charge complete all as specified and directed.

M&L painting two coats of synthetic enamel paints over a coat of red oxide primer on new steel surfaces exc 10mm girth including preparation of surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repairs precast cement concrete Type B0, 1:2:4 (12.5mm graded aggregate) as in louvres and jallies, 30mm thick (measured solid), set in CM 1:4 including all mouldings complete all as specified and directed.

Surface dressing not exc 30cm deep and averaging 15cm deep and getting out in soft/loose soil including disposal of dressed material beyond MOD land complete all as specified and directed.

Deduct Credit: for demolished/dismantled material of (-) Rs 61315.00 (Minus) as listed in Schedule 'A' Part II (Credit Schedule) Note: Tenderer's shall not quote against this item. The amount of Credit Schedule is tentative, however the same shall be considered to arrive at the contract sum.
