Conceptualisation & Designing of stall with theme for semicon

Providing and fixing 4-inch high raised wooden flooring, constructed using a robust framework of wooden battens structure of 2"*3"*8' and topped with 19mm thick high-quality plyboard with adhesive/nails to bear the full structural load of the stall and equipment. The flooring includes.Base wooden frame made of seasoned wood sections, laid in grid format at appropriate intervals for maximum strength and load distribution. op surface covered with calibrated 19mm waterproof calibrated plywood, securely fixed to the frame using iron screws, nails, and adhesive. Complete fixing, levelling, and installation to ensure a uniform raised platform of 4-inch height from the existing ground level.

Installation of interlocking wooden flooring panels over the raised platform to provide an aesthetically finished, seamless, and stable walking surface. Flooring panels are pre-finished, interlocking wooden planks, ensuring uniform finish and tight joint locking. Installed over the 19mm ply base using appropriate techniques to ensure stability, alignment, and durability. Includes cutting, edge finishing, and fixing at corners and junctions as required. Flooring is suitable for heavy footfall areas, ensuring anti-skid surface and elegant appearance suitable for stalls

Complete Electrical Setup: Laying of ISI-marked copper electrical wiring concealed in PVC conduit across the stall layout. Installation of modular switches, sockets (6A/16A), and multi-plug extension points for operational needs. Supply and fixing of LED spotlights and ceiling lights to ensure balanced and energy-efficient illumination. Installation of distribution board (MCB with ELCB) and proper earthing for load management and safety compliance. Final testing and commissioning of all electrical points, fixtures, and load circuits.

Fabrication and installation of the Stall facia using a combination of 19mm thick solid plywood, flexi ply, and wooden logs. The framework is constructed with wooden logs and 2.5 inch SS pipe to support the overall structure, and the ceiling surface is formed using 19mm solid ply for flat areas and flexi ply for curved and rounded portions to achieve smooth bends and contours. The entire structure is securely fixed using appropriate screws and nails. The design includes two circular ceiling elements (rounds), each with a radius of 4 feet and a width of 6 inches, precisely crafted for a seamless and aesthetic appearance. All work is executed as per the approved 3D design and layout, ensuring stability, strength, and a high-quality finish suitable for exhibition and branding display.

Painting, polishing, coating, and finishing work on stall walls, including proper surface preparation, application of putty, primer, premium-quality paint or laminate, wood polish or veneer finish as required, to achieve a smooth, uniform, and visually appealing surface complete with all labour, tools, materials, and final touch-ups.

Fabrication and installation of a dedicated Virtual Reality (VR) tunnel structure with finished dimensions of 8 ft (height) × 8 ft (width) × 9 ft (length), constructed using a sturdy wooden framework. The tunnel walls and ceiling are built using 19mm plywood and flexi ply for curved surfaces, supported with wooden logs for structural reinforcement. The tunnel structure includes a depth profile of 4 inches on all sides to allow for embedded lighting, cabling, and design finishes. The inner surfaces of the tunnel are finished with high-resolution printed eco-solvent vinyl themed with a digital circuit and tech-based environment, creating an immersive visual experience. This unit is constructed as per the approved 3D design to support VR equipment, visitor flow, and thematic branding.

Design, fabrication, and installation of a 3D map of Assam made using backlit acrylic or equivalent translucent material. The surface of the map features a high-resolution printed graphic showcasing a semiconductor circuit design motif, symbolizing Assam’s role in the electronics and semiconductor sector. The map is internally illuminated with energy-efficient LED lights to create a glowing effect, enhancing visibility and aesthetics. The unit is mounted securely onto a flat vertical panel with concealed wiring for a clean finish, as per the approved exhibition layout

Fabrication and installation of a decorative LED tower comprising three LED panels of sizes 500 mm × 7 ft (1 No.), 500 mm × 5 ft (1 No.), and 500 mm × 4 ft (1 No.), mounted on a heavy-duty MS structural frame with a strong finished base, complete with installation and all accessories as per the approved design.
