Deploying unskilled category labours on daily basis in required numbers stipulated by Engr-in-charge equipped with suitable/ required tools such as Fowra, Gainti, Tasla, Naga Talwar, Broom, Trolley/Riksa, Gum boot, Glubs,brooms etc. for miscellanoues day to day operations such as Cleaning of drains, roof cleaning works, shifting works, FOD picking, debris/ malba collection, vegetation clearances, disposal upto designated leads and other multiple tasks as per operational requirements complete all as specified and directed by Engineer In-Charge. Note: 1. The indicative minimum wage of Rs. 526/- per person per day shall be applicable and bidders shall not be permitted to quote rates lesser than the stipulated minimum wages. Further, the quoted rates shall also include CP, OH, water charges, labour cess charges etc. and the bidders are advised to read the NIT document carefully and quote their rates accordingly. 2. The contractor shall be bound to pay the corresponding ESI/EPF as per statutory provision of GOI. The same shall be reimbursed as per actuals on production of documentary evidences of the same. 3. The contractor shall supply necessary T & P for required operation of work and the laoburs shall be available at all times during the general shift at Dimapur Airport including shift duty as and when instructed by the Engr-in-Charge.

Deploying skilled catogory licensed driver on daily basis for tractor operator (Tractor shall be provided by AAI) on monthly basis as per directions of Engg-in-charge for the purpose of clearing of rank vegetation, grass including brush wood, wild growth and saplings of all girths and heights measured above ground level complete all as directed and specified by Engr-in-charge. Note: 1. The indicative minimum wage of Rs. 739/- per person per day shall be applicable and bidders shall not be permitted to quote rates lesser than the stipulated minimum wages. Further, the quoted rates shall also include CP, OH, water charges, labour cess charges etc. and the bidders are advised to read the NIT document carefully and quote their rates accordingly. 2. Lifting of accumalted malba/debris/demoition waste/ surplus mix earth/muck from inside Dimapur Airport, AAI premises and disposal to outside of AAI premises including carriage with all lifts and any leads upto designated dumping grounds of State Govt. by mechanical means complete all as specified and to the satisfaction of Engineer In-charge. a) Each Trip of minimum 18 to 22 cum or more capacity using suitable hyva trucks/ dumpers

Supplying and operating hydraulic excavator (JCB) on daily basis with 8 to 10 Hrs shift including skilled catogory licensed driver, helper and necessary T &P, fuel charges, lubricant etc. complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge. (The quoted rates shall include the cost of driver,helper and fuel for 8 Hrours, lubicants maintenance, breakdown charges, sundries etc. )
